For anyone who's staying in on NYE... shall we make our own party?

There was a thread last year with a virtual NYE party and I can't see one at the moment so I thought I'd start one. I am bringing Matchmakers (mint) and shed loads of Heroes. Who else?

@brizzledrizzle, usually I would agree but I've been busy the entire holiday so not been able to do any yet. Leaving me with 2 weeks to do it all, which sucks.

@VittysCardigan, thanks for the offer but I'll stick to ribena Grin

Feel like shit though so had a nice bubble bath and some strong painkillers so now I'm slightly less sore. Also feel like a mildly terrible person for being irrationally annoyed with my friend for not responding to the message I sent him on Facebook days ago, despite the fact that he's been active multiple times on there. Even though I know that one he has form for not responding to anyone and that according to his sister who I am friends with is currently confused/conflicted about how he feels towards me. Which is fair enough but ignoring/ghosting because he's stressed is just rude, the least he could do is message and say sorry for not messaging right now I'm too busy/stressed but I'll get back to you when I can. Which is what I do when I'm in that position.

Yeah, 21st century started 1/1/2001 so now down under there will be people turning 18 who were born on the first day of the new century.
Everybody born last century is now an adult.

Well dh conked out since 9pm and my littlest is still up, in no way intentionally 🙄 I think she can sense something going on but it will be hell tomorow.
But it's also kind of sweet to be bringing in the new year with her tucked up in bed.
