There was a thread last year with a virtual NYE party and I can't see one at the moment so I thought I'd start one. I am bringing Matchmakers (mint) and shed loads of Heroes. Who else?

After an unfortunate experience I wouldn`t thank anybody for buying me cider.

Mind you, I do wonder how much alcohol Ive drunk because Im either hallucinating or the mini brizzles have failed to spot an unopened tub of Heroes.

I got ID checked when buying alcohol the other day, I was delighted until I realised it was because my 20 year old was with me

I can't drink cider. Too many teenage nights spent drinking scrumpy in the parknot envy

I'm in with the flu and norovirus with my mum and dogs, cba to do anything other than mope around with Netflix and stress about exam revision I'm missing and the coursework I currently can't do right now.

I really would like to go to bed but the pub on the corner have a band on, quite good music and the people next door have been having a small gathering with shouting at 'Alexa' for very different choices in music. It is NYE.

I am embracing my 50th. Getting up tomorrow to watch the sunrise clouds New Year, new start for me. Realising my self worth. I have a list of things i want to do but am not stressing if i don't.

i agree its shocking what was accepted on tv only a short while ago. Finished the Ab Fab movie. Did make me LOL several times. Googled it and the reason they won't make any more episodes is that they don't want to offend people with their line of comedy in this changing world. I've only got half a glass of vino left... not sure if ill make it till midnight!

We should Brizzle i have spent too long, especially the last couple of years working for the approval of others. In the last few months i have really come to realise that my friends really are there for me & that i can ask for help. To be clear, they have always been there, the issue was in my head!

So Cardigan you live in W-S-M, I have told you that I used to live in W-O-T. So now we need to find out whereabouts Brizzle lives. I would guess south of the river because I am a W-O-T snob. Or maybe South Glouc?
