If you're up and about, why are you awake?

Waves at fellow night owls.

I've just made a pot of coffee, as have a deadline tomorrow and lost ground this afternoon being faint and ill and useless. My blood sugar has zoomed up to 20 after a crappy hypo, but I'm doing ok for now, though obviously would prefer to be in bed.

If you're up and no plans for sleep yet, what are you doing?

I dont know selfies sorry. It's something that I've always wondered when mine were smaller,it doesn't matter now,but it was usually them needing the hospital, not me thankfully.

Yes, is what I would do though, yes, to have them with you,unless a neighbour can come over an spend the night sleeping at yours on sofa or spare bed, actually I have done that.

Move your legs, rotate ankles and bend and stretch them. This is what they advise on flights anyway. AFAIK, there would be an inflamed and very painful area.

I got behind today, as I discovered there was water on my internal wall against my sofa, so I've had to move the lounge around to make sure my sofa and the wall dry out. It's certainly humidified the air as the windows now look like I'm drying a ton of washing in here!
So after a bath, have put the telly on to unwind to. Film on.

I don't really think i have a DVT. I just didn't have enough to stress about already so my brain thought it would find some extra... Hmm

Yes, I know the one you mean (am in bed now). I watched Kurt Russell on Graham Norton and saw the trailer of it. Didn't realise it was out that soon,but i guess it was now or this time next year!

Wakes me up a couple of times a week, then I can't get back to sleep until anti acid remedy kicks in.

Just can't sleep. GP won't prescribe sleeping pills. Not sure what to be doing really. I'm so tired during the day that I can't even get out and get some exercise to tire myself out so it's just ongoing and never ending.

My ds is having surgery today. He's 11 months and going under General anaesthetic. We have to be at the hospital two hours away by 7, so in a few minutes I'm going to have to wake him and bundle him up to get in the car. I've been having horrible thoughts all night, I know GA is low risk, but there are risks and hes my little baby. So I've had no sleep basically.

I’m up! Been trying to sleep all night. Gave up a few hrs ago and have done some cleaning. Now thinking about a cup of tea and the earliest I can leave for the office without looking too eager!
