SasBel · 30/11/2018 23:34

Honestly no idea, so am following with interest!

First Christmas without FiL so she is coming here, she has everything that she needs or wants, so am thinking a photo of the DC......

Racecardriver · 30/11/2018 23:35

Gift set from joules. 3 for 2 at the moment.

liquidrevolution · 30/11/2018 23:36

Nowt. DHs job.

Though in answer to your question I see he has bought her an ugly wicker basket and a packet of soap ConfusedGrin

Berniethefastestmilkwoman · 30/11/2018 23:40

Liquid - 😁😂

Youvegotafriendinme · 30/11/2018 23:41

A pair of boots she has been longing for, for months.

IthinkIsawahairbrushbackthere · 30/11/2018 23:42

Alexander Armstrong cd
Hyacinth in a pot
Hand warmers for walking the dog

UnWilly · 30/11/2018 23:42

No idea, DH has sorted it out, liaising with his siblings

bananasandwicheseveryday · 30/11/2018 23:42

Magazine subscription and a small token gift for 'the day' likely to be something consumable.

Annandale · 30/11/2018 23:45

This gardenia in a pot. Am very proud of myself for finding this actually my mum found it as I think she will love it. However, the entire scenario depends on me keeping the thing alive between receiving it and giving it. This is not definite - I have black thumbs.

KeepCalm · 30/11/2018 23:47

Yankee candles kit
A handbag
An elephant cup

MaidenMotherCrone · 30/11/2018 23:52

Vouchers for posh afternoon tea at Betty’s in Harrogate.

Sammilouwho · 30/11/2018 23:52

Reindeer candles (she loved them when we saw them), her Christmas radio times and a while chocolate toblerone which we always get her, might get her a bauble with DD’s face on it too.

BouleBaker · 01/12/2018 00:11

Fortnum and Mason hamper. She’s never had one and loves how utterly frivolous it would be. (Not a big one though)

QueenofallIsee · 01/12/2018 00:16

Catch Kidston handbag and a cinema voucher for 2

Ewanthescreamsheep · 01/12/2018 00:22

Photo of the children and a bottle of Bailey's.

GetRid · 01/12/2018 00:22

Mug with pic of the DC's
Framed photo of the DC's
Something edible

eosmum · 01/12/2018 00:30

Pair of gorgeous leather gloves, and the Ted Baker set that's on offer in boots this week. Not very inspired but she will be delighted.

WrongSideOfHistory · 01/12/2018 00:32

Photo calendar of kids?

Thestral · 01/12/2018 00:34

Radley bag on sale on Brandalley but she doesn't need to know that and a massive box of Ferrero Rocher.

I can't stand her, but I like choosing nice gifts, no matter who they are for. Probably why she pretends to like me! Grin

LordPickle · 01/12/2018 00:35

A locket with a picture of our DS inside. He's her only GC and she will love it.

fieryginger · 01/12/2018 00:42

Headphones

Dressing gown

Scarf

She's so hard to buy for, but lovely and appreciative of anything she gets. She's well off and what do you buy the person who has everything? She stumps me.

plaidlife · 01/12/2018 00:46

DH sorts it, he has got a personally engraved perfume from Jo Malone this year.

Littlelambpeep · 01/12/2018 00:48

Dh sorts it... last minute but he always gets something nice. Last year a dinner set (she loved it) and we made up a hamper of food and toiletries. Otherwise m&s voucher or clothes from her favourite shop (gift receipt). She's a bit down in herself this year but he will think of something.

Icepinkeskimo · 01/12/2018 01:11

A broomstick and a new cauldron, and a bottle of her favourite perfume Poison

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 01/12/2018 01:15

She loves to holiday with her friends so I’ve got her a really lovely travel book and a travel bag, plus a sparkly necklace for fun 😂
