Yes, although I can flip from happy to unhappy and back again very quickly.

So I don't really know.

On balance I spose things are alright....

Very happy. Been happy for 2 years.

Not because of anything particularly amazing in my life, just that things are trotting along nicely in general.

Today I'm very happy.

Been working so much lately I feel I've barely seen my dc. I had a rare day off today so I kept my dc off school and we had a sneaky movie duvet day. Absolute heaven snuggled up on the couch, eating crap, watching cheesy films with our Pjs on.

In general I am, yes. I think this has a lot to do with the fact that I've never felt the need to compare myself to other people. Some of the most miserable people I know seem to be those who always look to compare themselves to others. My philosophy is that people are so different from one another, and we know so little about others' internal lives that I can't see how we can really compare ourselves against each other.

Yes. Happy and contented. I've got a loving dp, a house, children and grandchildren. I'll never be wealthy but you can't have everything.

Right now I am so stressed about work that when I saw on the news that a woman had been killed in an accident I thought "now she doesn't have to go to work anymore - imagine the relief". It shocked me.

Sometimes, something usually comes along to screw that up though
