Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Dinner: Homemade soup crusty roll
Tea: Bean casserole with mash,and carrots

Coffee & milk
Diet Coke

I await all the stealth braggers
Breakfast a ruby grapefruit
Dinner sole en papillote with roasted cherry tomatoes
Tea:48 day aged ox cheek,with venison jus,green beans, and kale

Bread and ham basically, think I'm premenstrual. Buttered toasted roll with ham for breakfast, ham salad sandwich for lunch and buttered crusty bread with ham just now with a cup of tea.

L: mozzarella, sun dried tomato, olive and salad wrap
D: chicken sausages, home made savoury rice and broccoli.

With Diet Coke, lots of water and some ginger wine.

Porridge with some of the baby’s left-over fruit ‘bear claw’ smug-mummy-fake-sweeties chucked on top because suddenly we have eaten all the raisins despite the fact I bought 2 bags of the things recently. And builders tea with whole milk.

Seeded roll with cheese tomato cucumber and mayo, packet of hula hoops, bruised apple with a puncture wound from the feral pens that live in the bottom of my bag even though I own and use a pencil case. Four chocolate digestives. Yep. Four. And an Aldi date and cashew bar.

Stir fried veg and tofu with buckwheat noodles that all stuck together in a lump (knew I should’ve given in to exhausted need for nursery food and had mash peas and fish fingers!)

B - 30g porridge oats made up with water & black coffee.

L - 2x wholemeal thins with chicken, lettuce & radish with extra celery, radish & spring onion crudités. Sour cream & black pepper multigrain bites & kiddies apple & pear.

D - pork chop, roast potatoes & parsnip with sprouts, asparagus, sugar snap peas & tenderstem. More veg than potato for me.

I had a Greek yogurt with apricot after dinner

Had black coffee, 2x cans Coke Zero, Capri sun water & an options hot chocolate to drink.

B - 2 x mini Danish pastries and one slice toast with peanut butter
5 toffiffee
L - 2 toast with pesto and chopped toms
At least 3 Jaffa cakes, 1 custard cream, 1 pack ASDA smart price wotsits
D - jacket potato with beans, cheese, chorizo, bacon
Neapolitan ice cream sandwich

B - "super seed" porridge which was rank even with the addition of maple syrup, raspberries and cream so was binned after 2 mouthfuls 😷
L - onion bagel with cheese & cucumber, banana, apple, chilli doritos
D - creamy Cajun chicken pasta

Yay I love these threads. I'm so nosy and sometimes it gives me ideas!

I've had a weird day today.

B - 2 pieces of toast with butter, topped with thinly sliced red leicester cheese, ham and poached eggs.
L - wasn't hungry until about 3pm - bowl of broccoli & stilton soup, 2 plums
D - brought the porridge I was going to have for breakfast to work - coconut porridge, raspberries, pecans, passionfruit yoghurt

I have satsumas as well.

Loads of tea, coffee and water.

I usually eat loads of veg, don't judge me!!

L: marks' haddock chowder
D: chicken, brocolli and pesto salad

Snacks: a sausage and some chips swiped from dcs plates

Drinks: just orange squash

B: Bran flakes

L: "Fish" fingers, chips and peas

D: Vegan Mexican chilli with hidden veg (shared with toddler!), guacamole and wholemeal wraps

Snacks: Satsuma, grapes, marmite flatbreads, mushroom pate, cheeselets.

I'm heavily pregnant and borderline diabetic, so have been ordered not to eat sugar. I'd bloody kill for a slab of Fruit and Nut!!

Ham roll for lunch and a mouthful of not very nice cake. Mince pie and custard this evening. My eating habits are terrible, I can easily go all day without eating.

Pretty typica day for me:

Breakfast
2 x eggs, scrambled. Half a slice of rye bread

Lunch
Box of salmon sashimi with handful of edemame beans, some seaweed and a miso soup.

Dinner
2 x Chicken thighs, bowl of spinach
3 dried figs
Handful of plain walnuts

2 coffees, 1 tea and 2lt of water.

Loads!
Porridge with blueberries, banana and flaked almonds for breakfast.
Stilton and mushroom ciabatta and a few crisps for lunch.
Jacket potato with chilli, cheese, dollop of yoghurt and a big salad for dinner.
A massive bit of homemade flapjack and some orange and almond dark chocolate (from Aldi - it's amazing and very moreish)
1 cappuccino, 2 cups of decaf coffee, 1 tea, water, blackcurrant squash.

Covent Garden skinny chicken tagine soup with a bagel ‘thin’.
Sirloin steak and brown rice with spinach.
Yoghurt.
