Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

I've eaten so much today!

Went out for breakfast: courgette and quinoa fritters with a poached egg, smoked tomato chutney, avocado and paprika aioli

Went out for lunch to Temper: half an nduja tostada, half an aubergine tostada, one crab tostada, half a bowl of "smacked cucumber" and half a portion of Thai burnt ends; half a cookie with fior di latte ice cream (which was DELICIOUS)

Dinner: baked pollock with leeks, broccoli and capers in a tarragon cream sauce

Three choco Leibniz biscuits 😋🐽

I eat a keto diet

B: coffee
L: tuna mayo with red pepper and black olives
T: salami and fennel pasta sauce with green beans instead of pasta

Drinks: fizzy water and a couple of amontillado sherrys. (I've loved it since I visited southern Spain)

Two (child size) bags of Halloween candy, 3 cups of black coffee and a small sushi selection box. I will have a sensible dinner when I get home!!

I’m suffering with severe depression and anxiety, and can’t stop overeating. I’ve eaten less today than I have been recently, which I know is shocking when I look at how much food I’ve still consumed today

Peanut butter and strawberry jam on 2 slices of wholemeal toast with 2 cups of coffee

1 fried egg on 1 slice of wholemeal toast and 1 slice of wholemeal toast topped with houmous and 2 cups of coffee

Bottle of Birra Moretti and a small bowl of noodles

Salmon teriyaki with leeks, carrots, green peppers and spinach, with egg and pea rice and 2 large glasses of fizzy flavoured water

Cup of coffee and 2 digestive biscuits

Shocking food choices today:
B - Poptarts
L - Meatpaste on toast
D - Vegetable and halloumi bake thingy
Packet of choc hobnobs throughout the day.

NB - new baby and breastfeeding so at the moment I’m in a ‘I’ll eat whatever the hell I fancy and not feel bad about it’ phase Smile

Breakfast: coffee (loads!)

Lunch - 2 soft boiled eggs and 2 slices of whole grain toast

Dinner - homemade cottage pie

Snacks - handful of salted almonds, blueberries and a teaspoon of Nutella

I was doing ok until everyone else went to bed!

Breakfast
Toasted fruit t cake fresh orange juice

Lunch
Heinz tomato soup 2 slices of bread

Tea
Quorn pasta Bolognese with garlic bread.
Millies bake at home cookie

When left alone
Sweet chilli hummus and pitta bread bar of chocolate
Couple of Pringles
Strawberry laces

Had a couple of glasses of diet pepsi during the day. Off work for half term have pmt and zero self control today

B - just a cup of peppermint tea, no time for anything else, which is not like me.

10am snack - handful of grapes

L - beef salad sandwich (I did make this at home) and bag of crisps, well to be fair they were some sort of multi grain thing. Apple.

3pm snack - carrots, sugar snap peas and hummus.

T - homemade soup and bread

I also succumbed and had a magnum at about 8ish.

12:15 ham sandwich, yogurt
4pm Bourbon biscuits x4
6pm spag bol (ragu jar), yogurt
8pm 150g bag of crisp
9pm GU cheesecake

9am: Sautéed wild mushrooms foraged by MIL's partner and black pudding on toast with a fried egg, all cooked by DH, with tea

9.15am: coffee

10.30am: pre-beach tea

10.45am: coffee in travel mug for car to beach

12 noon: bite of kids sausage roll, bite of DH's pasty, cup of haddock and bacon chowder from beachside hut, half a flapjack, bite of millionaires shortbread

4pm: tea on getting home after long dog walk

5.30pm: G&T while I made dinner

7pm: crab pasta, salad, apple crumble with Greek yoghurt

8pm: tea watching Saving Lives at Sea

MIL has this thing about alternating hot drinks - as soon as you've finished one the next one's brewing up, tea and coffee strictly alternating. We're staying with her for half term and we're doing all the cooking and she is doing all the brewing!!

Ham and tomato omelette with coleslaw and salad for lunch, chicken laksa this evening. Throughout the day, tea and coffee, loads of water, Pepsi Max and half a pack of Werther's.

L - Half a baked potato with butter & cheese
S - packet of crisps & a little choc cake
D - Other half of baked potato with butter & cheese
Supper - mini cheese pizza & 2 glasses of red wine
Weekends are much more Healthy home cooked meals. I eat to live during the week. Single full time working mum who should be much more organised. My child eats way better & prob much more than me.

B- overnight oats with almond milk, berries, nuts and flax seed

L- sandwich on sourdough with smoked salmon, cream cheese, spinach and cucumber + some nuts, dates and a satsuma

D- stirfry with brown rice, leftover roast duck, pepper, asparagus, kale, peanuts and kung pao sauce

Snacks- some M&Ms, a protein shake after my workout, half a pomegranate

Drinks- 2 glasses of water, 2 coffees
