Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - 3 types of crackers, about 100g cheese
L - banana, 2 apples
D - baked potato, 50g feta cheese, few of each of cucumber, gherkins, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, baby beetroot + children's pot chocolate mousse

I keep doing this when off work, barely eat all day then gorge when I realise I'm actually hungry at about 5pm

Porridge made with skimmed milk, one of those instant oats sachets.
Turkey salad with lots of beetroot.
Tea will be dusted sole fillet with a large salad and hardboiled eggs. No potatoes.I eat like this every day, yet have gained half a stone in the last couple of months. Not fair!! Confused

Don't do breakfast
Lunch- Burger King
Snack- sweets
Dinner- sausage sandwich with brown sauce

When the kids go bed I'm gonna tuck into my red pepper hummus and mini pittas and I've got a huge bag of bacon bites while I watch making a murderer Smile

B - apricot danish and tea
Early lunch- tomato and red lentil soup and 3 pieces of pate on toast.
Second Lunch- a pitta with ham cheese and mustard mayo.
D-Greggs sausage roll and broccoli and beans and a glass of white wine.

My diet is shite at the moment but this is actually one of my better days! Grin

Packet of ready salted crisps, and a chocolate Apple with sprinkles

Tea

Chocolate slimfast, ready salted crisps

Jam sandwich and cup of tea

Cup of dilute Apple juice

Will have some salmon and veg later

A much less glamorous day today!

Breakfast: granola with yogurt, blueberries and raspberries; cup of coffee

Lunch: mini satay sticks, Gail's spinach and feta roll

Snacks: Coconut water, small amount of leftover roast veg (beetroot, sweet potato and butternut squash in tomato sauce)

Dinner: (will be) ribeye steak with salad, grilled mushroom with Saint Agur, sweet potato fries

Pork and Apple casserole with peas, mash and Yorkshire pud
Jam pudding
3 glasses of water, 4 cups of tea 1 diet coke

B - slimfast shake (lazy work breakfast)
L - nkd bar followed by fibreone bar (lazy work lunch)
D - 2 portions mushroom and rice soup with 4 slices crappy weightwatchers bread from the freezer

Followed by a bar of Cadbury’s and then a creme egg Blush

Plus 3 cups of tea and not enough water!

Breakfast - jam on toast, a banana and a coffe

Satsuma

Lunch - turkey and cucumber baguette, an apple, few chocolate fingers and a coffee

Snacked on some quorn scotch eggs

Dinner - leftover chickpea, spinach and broccoli curry with rice and naan, a pear

D- prawn curry, fried rice and chips from the takeaway
I will probably have tea and toast with jam later

Breakfast - slice wholemeal toast, homemade hummus, sliced tomato, boiled egg.

Lunch - chick pea curry, okra curry, aloo Gobi, half a nan bread.

Snack - cup corn with chilli and lemon juice

Dinner - beef stew, carrot, potato.

A bit of a lopsided day.

I don't eat breakfast, just cup of tea and elderflower squash throughout day
Lunch Roast pork with stuffing, carrots, cabbage, roast potatoes, gravy
9 custard cream biscuits
Quite stuffed so doubt I will eat this evening.

Two mugs of strong Yorkshire tea with a dash of semi skimmed.

Plain toasted bagel with butter and marmite.

Handful of Co-Op cheesy balls snacks.

That's it so far.

30g of porridge made with skimmed milk. Added frozen raspberries to it.

M&S fruit pot with plums grapes raspberries.

Home made chicken Fajitas.

1 coffee
3 years
1 water
1 diet coke.

Thinking I might have a chocolate mousse in a bit.

D - 2 vegan sausages, sweet potato fries, green salad with Blue cheese crumbled on top

Snacks - 2 Ryvita thins with humous, 2 Ryvita thins with butter and marmite.
Another bowl of Greek yogurt, raspberries, granola and honey (just now)
Builders tea x 2
Flat mocha x 1
Water x loads
Peppermint tea x 1
