Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

I’ve just totally failed at feeding myself today.

Two coffees with soya milk
At about 11.30am - two large slices of salt and pepper bread, toasted, with taramasalata
4ish - 6 Nairn’s cheese oatcakes (current obsession) dipped in taramasalata
7pm - baked fish with sweet chilli jam, ginger rice and pak choi (Gousto meal, was delicious. Thank god it was here because I clearly couldn’t think up correct meals today)
10pm - Lindor Orange chocolate bar, two medium red wines.

The wine was whilst making overnight oats with fruit, and butternut squash soup for the rest of the week so I don’t have another day like this! I conceded at 9pm that we needed food and went to Tesco. Tomorrow will look much more acceptable.

I'm posting this to comfort anyone who thinks they ate a lot today!
B: muesli with raspberries and half a banana, toast and marmite, orange juice, black coffee.
Late morning: cappuccino and half a pain au chocolat.
L: celeriac soup, plain bagel, couple of slices of chorizo, half an apple.
Afternoon: tea and two shortbread fingers.
D: sausage and bean casserole, braised red cabbage, boiled potatoes, red wine.
Yes, I do feel very full . .

Yesterday was shit, I ate nothing but a couple of biscuits all day then had KFC & 1/2 a bottle of wine at 10pm 🤦🏻‍♀️

Must try harder today

Does anyone else really struggle to actually eat during the day? I find unless I'm really trying or really thinking about it I can easily forget and not eat all day
I'm also very rarely hungry for 3 meals a day
I've been making a real effort to eat more because people have been telling me I look too skinny but it's just such a bloody effort!

Ok I'm off to make some breakfast even though I'm not hungry and really don't want any sigh
