Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Much better day today

B - Greek yoghurt, granola & grapes
L - 1 piece of toast & a mini banana
D - Mediterranean falafel, uncle bens Mediterranean vegetable rice, roasted veg (peppers, plum tomatoes & aubergine) & salad with sweet chilli sauce

Now I'm craving something sweet ...

2 slices granary toast with butter and marmite, prawn mayonaise salad and ryvita for lunch, honey and soy salmon with rice and broccoli for dinner. Snacks - grapes, mini kinder bar, mini knock off magnum, dairylea triangle. Drinks - tea, coffee, water, 2 glasses rose wine. A fairly average Thursday for me. I ramp up the calories through the week, so Monday I eat like a saint and get progressively worse!

B - Weetabix topped with fruit and fibre, skimmed milk
L - Homemade leek and pearl barley and bean stew, apple, satsuma, fromage frais
D - an entire tub of Halo ice cream Blush (did run it off after work though!)

Snacks: an apple, toasted pumpkin seeds, three coffees with skimmed milk.

L: Chicken and cheese roll with a few grapes.

Snack: Slice of carrot cake.

D: Chicken breast, 3 mini sausages, oven chips and broccoli.

Plus 4 cups of tea and lots of water.

Ooh I like these. I am recently vegan btw.

Today I had:
B - bagal with caramalised onion hummus
L - leftover pasta and curry, 2 satsumas
T - french bread pizza (topped with sundried tomato paste, olives, garlic puree, mushroom and violife cheese slices,
S - 2 oeeos, 2 squares mint dark choc
Drinks - tea and coffee with oat milk, 2 glasses water, 1 glass alpro chocolate drink, 3/4 bottle red wine

Never eat breakfast

Lunch - McDonalds wrap of the day & fries

Dinner - pizza express super salad and a glass of red.

3 coffees, plenty of water and a packet of crisps as a snack.

I’m travelling on business so not a usual day.

Much better today for me too, but I'm recently back from a wedding, so had food placed in front of me instead of thinking about what to have and cooking it.

So today I've had

-A caramel latte
-A warm buttered small baguette with butter
-Side salad with oat cakes and pâté
-Chicken/haggis, peppercorn sauce, wth mash broccoli, carrots and parsnips.

1 medium glass of wine and two pints of beer.

4 pints of water.

B: Nakd fruit bar

L: chicken mayo sandwich on wholewheat bread, fresh pineapple

D: Roast chicken breast, bean and quinoa salad, asparagus

Snacks: 2x apples, full fat natural yoghurt

Drinks: 3 milky coffees, 1 tea, 1 pint squash, 1 pint water

Yesterday I had:

B: Massive bowl of all-bran (maybe 100g?)

L: Veggie salad with beans, quinoa and potatoes, fresh pineapple

D: Wholemeal bagel, bean burger, lots of cheddar cheese, big bowl of vegetables

Snacks: Hot chocolate, three tbsp peanut butter, apple, Nakd bar

I was on my own today (well, technically yesterday, Thursday).

I had roast vegetables with bacon late lunchtime.

This evening, leek and potato soup with a small baguette.

Yesterday:

B - porridge with blueberries, cranberries couple of white chocolate drops and red velvet syrup. Plus mixed berry yoghurt.
L - roasted sprouts, red onion, carrot & parnsip with curry sauce (random, but I was really craving it.) Pear.
S - mini wafer biscuit
D - pulled chicken, massive pile of salad, homemade skinny smoked paprika fries. Cookies & cream sticks shared with DH.

S - caramel macchiato in a coffee shop.
L - Mushrooms, peppers, ham on toasted ciabatta with goats cheese & salad. Plum. Half a cinnamon roll.
D - Kids party leftovers - pizza, digestive biscuits, cocktail sausages, cucumber, jelly

Breakfast - coffee

Lunch - poached eggs, kale and oven roasted tomatoes and bucket loads of coffee (limited sleep last night)

Dinner - Homemade low fat lasagne with kale

Snacks - low fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries and a teaspoon of honey, apple

Mid morning: 2 chocolate digestives

L: Coronation chicken and salad
2 Mrs crimbles macaroons Blush
An apple

D: 2 butchers sausages, sweet potato wedges, homemade coleslaw and salad.

2 glasses of red wine and some galaxy chocolate.

I’m eating too much sweet stuff this week as I’m not at work so temptation is there. I’ll be better next week.
