How likely is it they’ll be voted out of Strictly this weekend?

An apparent family member of one of Rebecca's exes is now tweeting accusatory stuff about her and her treatment of him. I guess by putting up the statement she did she is opening herself up to have her own behaviour scrutinized if anybody thinks there has been hypocrisy. It's all getting a bit out of hand now I think.

SillySally, so because Seann lied about nothing going on his girlfriend must be telling the truth! Strange logic.

Anyway maybe nothing was going on before that night. Maybe his girlfriend knew they did not have a happy relationship and kept on about him and Katya having an affair. I could understand then him calling her a psycho. No not a nice name to call someone but I am sure a lot of people (even some of the saints on here) have called the OH's far worse in temper

Well the fact that Sean(n)'s Twitter statement didn't mention his girlfriend at all was pretty damning tbh. At least Katya mentioned her husband in hers. He did come across as not caring about Rebecca in that sense and hasn't handled this well at all IMO.

Tbh I think it would have been tacky to mention Rebecca in his statement. He should apologise to her in private, not publicly.

That said I can kind of understand why Katya mentioned her marriage, as Neil works on Strictly himself. Katya and Neil are also not breaking up over this, whereas Rebecca had probably dumped Sean by the time the statement was released. If the relationship was over, I don't see the point in him mentioning her in a public statement as he doesn't owe the public an explanation anyway.

I agree. Yet it seems he apologise to SM before her. That is pretty low imo.

I think they should have left it after the initial 'is there anything you want to say?' Pushing Seann about his ex's statement was too far IMO. That first point would have been enough to address the elephant in the room without getting into the 'the people who know me best' stuff.

That was possibly one of the most awkward interviews I've ever watched. Zoe didn't look impressed at having to do it, either.

Even more convinced now that they're only sorry they got caught.

Think Zoe should have wrapped it up by asking them about the amazing dance they did last week. Got it back on track to being about dancing.

It's turned into a witch hunt. Even the politicians - people we have voted in to look after the country- who have affairs for years are not treated like this.

Sean and Katya having a kiss affects no one except his ex and her husband. You'd think they'd commited treason judging by the uproar.

Rebecca is a friend of a (lovely) friend and all I know is that said friend has never been a fan of Sean(n) and although he's sad for Rebecca he's quite relieved they've broken up. He's not a gossip so would never say anything more to me or anyone but I thought it was quite telling.

Please let that be an end of it and let all four of them get back to dealing with their lives in private. I am sure that Seann equally has a friend who wasn't keen on his ex.

I imagine he's quite constrained in what he can do and say at the moment. Maybe this was a right to reply that he asked for.

I don't remember days of media coverage, conversations on daytime chat shows, and internet forums going bezerk when Boris Johnson's affair came out, or maybe I wasn't paying attention
