I think he could be a great principled Prime Minister.

He wants to stop the selling off of the NHS and pump money into it. Everyone is equal when it comes to treatment no matter how much money you have The NHS is a gold standard of excellence for all.

The Tories/May want to privatise the NHS. So if you don't have a enough money to pay for private treatment, you will die. Good times ahead if the Tories are in power...

Labour wants More Social Housing, for the young, hard working and disadvantaged, which now also includes anyone under 30, who will not be able to raise a deposit on a average family home.

Rightful payments will made to those who are disabled, or not able to work. Under the Tories there were many legitimate benefits payments rejected to those who had terminal cancer and other life limiting illnesses, The guardian highlighted this issue.

Also BREXIT

What say you?

Eh, I don't think her opinion is either valid or even factual. Happy for thr thread to stay up. Very happy.

But no you won't get me off the thread and shut me up.

Sad times. Eh?

PingusPaws · 26/09/2018 21:53

Anyone who votes for him should be taken on a trip to visit auchwitz and be sat down to learn about Judaism. If they still vote labour after that there really is no hope.

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 26/09/2018 21:58

Yes, he has principles, and if you don’t like them, well he has others, to misquote Groucho Marx (who definitely wasn’t Jewish. Much)

ThefusilliJerry · 26/09/2018 21:58

“The Jewish community has been whipped up”, eh?
Reported and I hope will be deleted, as your little cheer leaders posts on another thread already have been,
You would never dream of saying this if any other community raising fears of racism. You disgust me.

Bluntness100 · 26/09/2018 21:58

The Jewish community has been whipped up by hysterical briefing against him coming from parties with an interest in putting Corbyn's policies to death

Gosh, someone needs to tell frank fields fhen, the poor fuckers got that badly wrong then. 🤣

It’s just naked unashamed anti semitism and Corbyn and his acolytes have created a climate where these things have become sayable again, and that’s appalling

mypointofview · 26/09/2018 22:02

No, you're quite wrong. And Palestinians are suffering because of it.

I think he's a misogynist.

littlebillie · 26/09/2018 22:08

There has never been a Labour Party more split. If they get in it will end their chance of ever getting into power.

bananafish81 · 26/09/2018 22:09

The Jewish community has been whipped up by hysterical briefing against him coming from parties with an interest in putting Corbyn's policies to death.

Disgusting

Labour NEC were the ones who decided to decide what consistuted racism against Jews behind closed doors without involving anyone from the Jewish community

They only consulted with the community after there was uproar

Imagine if after the Stephen lawrence enquiry into institutional racism, a group of white policemen decided what consistuted racism against the black community without actually consulting anyone from the black community

And if the black community objected, they were told to STFU and stop making such a fuss and being so hysterical

But when it's Jews it's OK apparently

That wasn't a Tory smear. That's the Labour party's own decision

filzma · 26/09/2018 22:11

Jeremy Corbyn has my vote.

grace7 · 26/09/2018 22:16

I stand for Corbyn.

bananafish81 · 26/09/2018 22:18

JC has a significant ground swell of party devotees, but to win a majority he has to persuaded swing voters to switch from Tory. As LOTO this summer he should have been running rings around the shambles of a government, who were practically bent over with their pants around their ankles. But instead the summer was spent trying to tell Jews what was racism against them, and suggesting a new tax to fund the BBC

How precisely is Corbyn going to win over Tory floating voters?

I loathe the Tories and want a Labour government in power. But to do that requires actually getting elected

ThefusilliJerry · 26/09/2018 22:18

Banana fish you know your perspective doesn’t count cos Palestine?
No decent person would vote for the current Labour Party.

mypointofview · 26/09/2018 22:18

No, there is no way that anyone is going to make me think I'm revolting. No nation is beyond accountability. We can protect one nation while also holding them to the same standard of conduct we'd expect elsewhere. The reason Israel made it into power in the way it did has far more to do with Western countries wanting a puppet state than it does with genuine anti semitism.

EnthusiasmIsDisturbed · 26/09/2018 22:20

Why would he be a great principled PM when is isn’t a principled man

We know all about his views, his connections, those he has sided with

At the moment the Labour Party policies are so flimsy, the weakest oppositions can remember, the shadow cabinet apart from a few is an absolute joke

Bicyclethief · 26/09/2018 22:20

Politics of a 15 year old.

ThefusilliJerry · 26/09/2018 22:22

I know there’s absolutely no way you’ll revise your views - not even when a Jew themselves tells you how offensive they are.
That’s a weakness, not a strength.
Your views disgust me.

Efferlunt · 26/09/2018 22:36

‘Also BREXIT’

Well what about it. Vital policy issue of Our time that he won’t address
