CBB 'punch' incident. Views?

Not sure about this as it is highly irritating to have someone jumping around you pretend to 'box' and he could have poked her by accident. She was in a car accident recently and could be tender there. Some could say she had a right to complain even though he was obviously not deliberately trying to hurt her.

The asking for him to be removed from the house (if she did that) and claims that he'd 'beaten her up' were a complete overreaction of though.

I think big brother should be out out of its misery. It is bear baiting plain and simple. The premise of this particularly show is awful, what did they think was going to happen? The show holds the responsibility for what is happening.

CarolDanvers · 01/09/2018 11:15

I never understand why anyone goes in there, there's always one who's career is completely destroyed by it.

DigsysDiner · 01/09/2018 11:20

Views ??

She's insulting the millions of women who have fought for years to be listened to and have incidents of.violence and sexual assault taken seriously.

They'd been playfighting. His hand brushed her side, it wasnt even a bloody punch. And the worrying thing is if that incident hadnt been caught on camera she'd have been believed because she's the little woman. Why would she make up such a bizarre lie ? Hmm

DigsysDiner · 01/09/2018 11:23

And the other one (( I don't even watch BB but have seen the 'incident' )) behaved exactly how he should have. He.immediately stopped and asked if she was ok. As he should.if it was felt he'd gone too far.

It's interesting that other men have come forward saying she's done the same to them. I hope she's flushed her career down the.toilet, it's the least she deserves.

TwistedStitch · 01/09/2018 11:23

He was messing around play fighting, the same way she had been several times (and actually punched people). He appeated to touch her accidentally, immediately apologized and she decided to lie that he had repeatedly punched her and assaulted her. It is awful that BB didn't intervene and left Ryan in tears of worry about it. Judging from the comments coming from everyone who has ever met her she has form.

MsOliphant · 01/09/2018 11:26

Ludicrous of her to say she was punched. She may well have felt annoyed and uncomfortable. But she's not been a victim of abuse.

Toptheginup · 01/09/2018 11:29

Vicious and manipulative little witch.

birdsdestiny · 01/09/2018 11:31

Oh good another thread calling this girl names. Cbb have manufactured a situation which was going to end in disaster one way or the other. They sat back, took the money and watched it play out.

MarthasGinYard · 01/09/2018 11:32

Allegedly has pulled several similar stunts over the years.

Seems to be generally disliked in the industry

IhatetheArchers · 01/09/2018 11:36

Girl??

FrogFairy · 01/09/2018 11:36

There are a lot of ex colleagues of both of them commenting online.

It is very telling that they don’t have a good word to say about her, but nothing but praise for Ryan.

This is an insult to genuine victims of abuse and I hope her career is over after this.

HeadsDownThumbsUpEveryone · 01/09/2018 11:36

Oh good another thread calling this girl names.

She's not a girl how blooming condescending. I also don't see how they manufactured anything, they didn't exactly tell her to pretend he had hit her. I think it awful that she has put him in this situation. I am pleased to read that she isn't getting her appearance fee, I hope that's accurate she doesn't deserve to be paid £750K for lying and being so flaming clueless about abuse.

Toptheginup · 01/09/2018 11:36

She is trying to ruin that poor lads reputation, if that was my son, dad, brother or partner I'd be furious.
He was play fighting with her, there was no malice behind it, he apologised, asked her if she was OK.

KellyBailey · 01/09/2018 11:36

She must have heard the hate chanting from the crowd last night, that'll be why she's walked. She is a manipulative cow, you could pretty much see the second the lightbulb in her head pinged on after the "incident" as to how she could milk it to the maximum.

StarWarsHolidaySpecial · 01/09/2018 11:37

I'm in shock, I went from upset to angry. A boy has punched me repeatedly, unprovoked and deliberately punched me. Like a boxer punches a bag."

She's a liar and manipulative and it's interesting to note that people who have worked with her and know her well have spoken out against her.

This nonsense might end her career.

Toptheginup · 01/09/2018 11:38

Surprised she didn't throw herself on the floor just for added drama, I used to like her, not now.
People like her are best avoided

DigsysDiner · 01/09/2018 11:42

Birds, if the guy had been accused without evidence of the fact that he'd done fuck all you, me and the world know there would have been 1001 threads on here calling him names and the 'we believe you' posts would.have been out in force.

She doesnt get a free pass just because she has a vagina. What she did is disgusting, and don't even get me.started on the fact she's slyly turning the other housemates against him. She went into this knowing exactly what she was doing. And it's backfired massively.

ShalomJackie · 01/09/2018 11:44

This girl is not a girl but a 35 year old woman who has lied and slandered a decent married man. Luckily for him the whole non-incident is on camera for the world to see. The public has been overwhelmingly out in support for him and the Ofcom complaints (over 11,000) are about the false allegations and BB's handling of it ie. giving her credence.

She has now heard the public's Get Roxy Out chants and quit the show anyway.

There was no punch, there was no assault, she was lying when she said she was in fear of her safety and it has since emerged she has "form" for such false allegations.

She is dangerous.

PonderLand · 01/09/2018 11:44

I found it really hard to watch. She really tried to turn the house and the public against him. It's crazy that she acted the way she did.

Does anyone remember at the beginning of the series when she fell in the pool? If I remember correctly she tried to blame hardeep for that.

Lilao · 01/09/2018 11:52

I think if she was genuinely upset about it, then she would have handled it differently. Perhaps been a bit annoyed at Ryan and avoided him, but to orchestrate the attention seeking and dramatic performance she did must have taken planning and was quite evil.

Even once she had been told big brother had dealt with it, she put the crocodile tears on and said I can't believe you're not taking him out. I don't think I've seen behaviour like that in reality TV before, even where there have been incidents!

tinytemper66 · 01/09/2018 11:59

She was also a bully in school if Twitter is anything to go by.

Redcrayons · 01/09/2018 12:04

He barely touched her. There was no malice, he didn't mean to hurt her, she was laughing along with him and he apologised straight away when she said 'that hurt'. She lied about what he did to another housemate.

She seized the opportunity to create a huge drama and it has backfired on her. If it hadn't been on film she could have ruined his career.

dustarr73 · 01/09/2018 12:06

To me it says it all that the people off Emmerdale backed Ryan.Thank God the cameras where there, otherwise his career be ruined and she be really milking it.

MyCatIsBonkers · 01/09/2018 12:10

It was all a distraction. She wanted to draw attention away from her shenanigans with Ben. Ryan was her scapegoat.

GreenTulips · 01/09/2018 12:10

I'm half it was filmed
She was way too dramatic and cried wolf
He didn't assult her - he was playing
She's also been seen punching play fighting

She's done herself no favours
