I'm very cynical about actor meet and greets and chat show appearances. As actors you would expect them to come across well! particularly those who are desperate to improve their image etc.

The biggest mistake people make with celebrities is to assume their public persona is who they are.

Having read the Esquire article, I'm a bit of a know-it-all about TH.

It said that while his parents were divorcing they paid for him to go to Eton to have the best education they could give him. And he used the money he got from acting jobs while he was at Cambridge to pay for RADA. So he doesn't come from an uber posh background.

It also said that his sisters told him he was very like the Jonathan Pine character.

Its funny how these people go to these super exclusive schools almost by accident

Dozer I did say uber-posh. I think a lot of people at Eton come from families where generations have gone there. I just meant that he doesn't come from that background.
