::Totters in::

Evening all.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 22:30

Maudie! What cheer?

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 26/10/2011 22:33

Current cheer is that I have a day off work tomorrow.

::Puts up bunting and does a little dance::

Toe is still not quite right but as I can walk and get frequent foot rubs from my dear companion I am content.

pARGHssTheTwiglets · 26/10/2011 22:34

Am back from something I had been dreading for days and which was sending me into utter panic (seriously enough to medicate sort of panic) but it's over, OVER! Yaaaay! I was so looking fwd to coming home and trying to calm down and catch up with Downton Abbey but poor MissTwigs is really quite ill with this sickness bug (far worse than TwigBoy who only seemed to have it for a few hours), so I had to come up to bed with her and expect many night-time cleaning up sessions, hence having brought laptop up with me :) One plus point though is that even now I still feel so shaky with panic that I couldn't face any dinner so it's been a better diet day today :)

Spiro glad things bucked up for you a bit. I've never been to London Zoo. My kids are never interested in animals at our zoo though - they just want to go in the playgrounds and soft play areas Hmm

LadyD, 7.3 is one of my favourite Spooks episodes! So exciting! I loved the word Twiglettage, I shall use that :)

Small, you can't get the puddings online as far as I can see (as soon as they into the shops they're bought up) but my parents managed to snaffle me a few.

Right, better go and attempt to scrap togther some semblance of a night's sleep. Night all!

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 22:41

::copyrights, patents and trademarks Twiglettage just to be on the safe side::

Lucas has Gizzy's throat, complete with anguished swallowing, I noticed tonight.

I still think Gizzy is better looking though and I wouldn't squash him flat if I jumped his bones as I fear I would Lucas.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 22:46

Night Twigs, am very very pleased you survived your ordeal. ::sends emergency packs of Twiglets and Crinkles just in case of midnight munchies::

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 26/10/2011 22:48

::Coughs::

As Twiglet and I own the rights to the word twiglet when used in its Academy sense, LadyD, I think you will find that we own twiglettage, twigletting, twiglettacious and all other derivatives.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 22:49

Don't worry, LadyD, with all those doughnuts he eats, Lucas soons fills out a treat. And sometimes he looks impossibly beautiful.

But Gizzy is my personal nemesis, there is just no one like him

Oh, Twiggy, so very sorry about your distress today. I do wish there was some way I could have helped or could help now.. If you can think of one, you only have to ask.

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 26/10/2011 22:57

::Snort::

The Bloke has just channel-hopped onto BBC4 and Miss Marie Lloyd. I suspect that this is after the blessed Percy's appearance.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 22:58

I have to confess to being a little worried that Lucas may oust Gizzy from the top spot but as things stand currently, Gizzy is still my numero uno. I haven't yet felt the need to don the Neutronium SFXs for Lucas viewing although I am only 4 episodes in so it is early days.

That said, I have to add a belt and braces to them as soon as Gizzy smoulders and stomps into shot.

Perhaps Lucas would be much improved by a pair of stompy boots to go with his blue Gap t'shirt.

::checks out spywear.com for suitable footwear::

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:07

Have you missed the trampolining bit, Maud? Blush

I think Lucas's appeal is slightly more low-key. he creeps up on you, while Gizzy bludgeons you over the hed with it.

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 26/10/2011 23:07

Of course, LadyD, if you are in search of the truly beauteous, you should check out cravat.com.

Well, I'm pooped so it's off to bed I go. Good knight everyone.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:07

You see, I can't even spell straight.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:10

Bonne nuit, Maud, dors bien

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 23:13

MrT affects me in a rather more ::ahem:: genteel way than Gizzy, Maud Blush.

I appreciate his beauty but he just does not affect my loins me to the extent that Gizzy is capable of.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 23:14

::chases Maud up the stairs with the peppermint foot lotion::

You might need this, m'dear.

Night!

ComeIntoTheSinisterGardenMaud · 26/10/2011 23:17

::Pauses on the landing and looks back at you::

::Stands in front of bedroom so that nobody can see into the room::

Thank you, LadyD.

::Waits to see who will be first to respond to Menacing's earlier remark::

::Thinks better of it, enters the bedroom and locks the door::

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 23:20

Are you sure your toe is up to trampolining, Maud?

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:20

Oh yes, siree, the poor old loins get quite a workout with the Giz

I must head on up myself. Night night, LadyD, enjoy the rest of your evening.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:22
LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 23:25

I have just come across this, . The song is particular favourite of mine and combined with the graphics it is very moving.

::sniffles into Maud's lace edged hankie::

::realises it's her petticoat and replaces it swiftly beneath the chiffonier from whence it came::

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 23:27

Well, as you've all headed up the wooden hill I shall do the same.

Bitey Knight!

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 23:31

Lovely stuff, LadyD.

LadyDamnearhell · 27/10/2011 00:38

Exploring the Bibliotheque isn't to be recommended as a cure for insomnia

::switches on IF::

However I have just unearthed this little treasure for Maud. Johnnie and Freddie, what more could a girl ask for?

LadyDamnearhell · 27/10/2011 01:13

And an extra special present for Small.

None of these findings are helping me fall asleep. Can't think why Hmm.
