Vampy, LordD gets back on Sunday evening then immediately goes away to a conference until Tuesday night Hmm.

Twigs, even if they don't sell you can eat them yourself so it's not a waste of £14, although you may gain the wrong kind of 14 pounds Grin.

TransylvanianVampiress · 26/10/2011 19:52

Look and sound tummy twigs!! Hope germs are subsiding with you!

Waiting for dinner to be served at the castle hoping its not going to be burntHmm Grin

Lady d - husbands never seem to be home do they. When I think about persuading the colonel to lead a more stable life outside the military I'm reminded that civilian life is not really that much different!!Smile

You back Spiro? How went your day?

Small - did you get some pretty pictures drawn? Can think of a few pretty pictures is like to look at at the mo!Wink

Menace and maud - good days?

Still sneezing dust out but good blowy walk on the beach to clean out our lungs afterwards!
Having discussions with Master of the Vampire Empire over some wine he's found in the attics. Some appears to be quite expensive to buy now and so he won't let us drink it as he doesn't think he'll appreciate an £80 of wine!Hmm. Sorry not following the logic - I would appreciate it more than the £3.99 bottles he normally buys when we come up to visit!Grin. Ah well it's his wine attic cellar!!

Hopefully get back later!!Smile

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 19:53

They don't seem to be for sale Twigs?

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 20:09

Quick message from the Island: internet down again, all day. something dug up down the street again. if you don't hear from me for a while, don't worry, it will have gone down again.

Must dash to let other folk know

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 21:15

Phew, yes...Golly Twigs, what a bummer about the baby Twigses. How are they now, and more to the point, how are you? Thank goodness virtual docs and PSMs are immune to all germs so they can come and minister to you as you deserve. LOL @ the CPR training, and the almighty aspirin! Grin

And can I have a go at Twig?s strong handsome stranger, when he?s not too busy? Just out of sheer greed, you understand, things are oaky doaky here, so I will defer to all greater needs.

Nothing from Spiro, yet, I think she must be soaking both ends in buckets of hot Polish Cordial. I do hope it wasn?t too hairy a day, though the morning report did not bode too well.

LadyD, how are you doing all alone? Not too sad, I hope, and taking the opportunity to watch what you like on the telly, and Spooking it and generally making the most of the time? That?s what I always do when MrM is away. Trouble is, eventually you teach yourself to prefer it that way Blush

And what of Maud?s toe. How does it rank today, on the charcuterie scale?

Have you got long to go now, with your Transylvanian Travelogue?

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:23

Hey M, I have intermittent connection here too, you don't think your workman have gone astray?

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 21:31

I'm pretty fine, Menace. I am currently watching Spooks 7.3 and falling fast for a certain PSM. The combination of masterful and vulnerable is rather appealing.

This scene has particularly fine Twigletage, incidentally.

I know you what you mean about starting to prefer it when the menfolk are away. LordD is starting to make noises about looking for a job that will keep him at home full-time. The mere idea is giving me the heebee jeebies Blush.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 21:33

And the Crinkles are very much in evidence too.

::blissful sigh::

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:33

Hey M, I have intermittent connection here too, you don't think your workman have gone astray?

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:35

See!!

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 21:36

Grin @ Small

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:40

I'm so tired I don't know what I'm doing at the m

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:41

Arrgggggghh! At the moment! That's it I'm off to bed. Night all.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 21:41

::waits patiently for the rest of Small's post::

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 21:42

And there it is!

I think bed sounds like a very good idea. Sweet dReAms, my dear.

TheSmallBloodiedFingerPrint · 26/10/2011 21:43
Grin
TransylvanianVampiress · 26/10/2011 21:46

Grin Small. Thought you did that on purpose!!!Grin

Lady D is he very pretty isn't he our PSM!Grin. I can really sympathise with the getting used to being alone! I've finally got the colonel home pretty much full time for 18 months and I'm dying for some me time as you are all unfortunately getting to witness firsthandGrin . I really shouldn't complain though as I'd rather him home every night than away somewhere hot, sandy and scary!Confused

Hi M . I'll send some fresh pigeons your way shall I?! Maybe some vampire bats may be better for you?!Hmm

Yes Spiro - where are you? Hope no news is better than you were expecting news!

Maud!! You ok? Or have you had a toe relapse!Smile

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 21:54

Wow, I am still here, I can't quite believe it.

Bitey knight, Small, I hope you wake refeshed in the morning.

Vampire bats might teach these pesky local avians a lesson. Vampy. They wake me up, many a morning, making an infernal racket on the windowsill.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 21:57

Sorry I meant to say LadyD is seriously making me want to get my PSM on. It must be months since I watched him, and he is so utterly dreamy.

DumSpiroScaro · 26/10/2011 22:05

Hello! Hope all's fairly well with everyone and all the poorly Academicians and juniors are on the up.

We actually had a pretty good day in the end. Fewer snuffles and more sunshine would have been nice (although we got a stunning rainbow as we were leaving Smile), but the zoo itself was awesome. We were lucky to be able to do it with Clubcard vouchers but tbh I'd happily pay to go there again sometime - it was well worth it.

Lots of funny little coincidences that made me think of you guys and ouR pAtron (not least the 8 week old lion cub called Spook Grin!) but more of that tomorrow as I'm beyond shattered and off to sleep now.

Bitey knight all!

He is rather delicious, Massive.

Lust-worthy in an entirely different way to Gizzy. He's currently wearing a blue version of Gizzy's Ye Olde Gappe t'shirt that clings in a very pleasing way.

LadyDamnearhell · 26/10/2011 22:09

Glad you had a good day in the end, Spiro. Look forward to a full debrief tomorrow.

SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 22:10

Grin @ Spook the Lion. Sweet dReAms, Spiro, glad you are home safe.

TransylvanianVampiress · 26/10/2011 22:12

Oooh I love that t-shirt look on him lady D. He carries it off so well unlike most men!

Glad you had a better day than expected Spiro! Looking forward to hearing all about it!

Menace - I'll pack some up ad send them over by carrier pidgin!Grin

I'm off sleeping soon too - so very tired and a day out and about tomorrow

  • weather dependent.
Bitey knight all Smile
SupermenacingLBD · 26/10/2011 22:14

Lucas is kind of ethereal, I always think. Gizzy is a little bit more earthy. To put it one way. Blush Grin
