Miss Spiro had her Brownies enrolment tonight which was very sweet - they still sing all the old songs and the county badge is the same as mine from nearly 30 years ago!

Oh sorry, Spiro. We're at cross purposes. We do sing Alice the Camel and You'll Never Got To Heaven (In Brown Owl's Car) and so on, we just don't sing those songs about "we are the pixies". I have stopped playing Ladders because there's always at least one girl who ignores the instruction to keep her hands by her side, sticks her hands behind her and ends up having them trodden on. I have no idea, though, how to play bear in the honeypot.
