Morning all. Just got all school girl giddy with excitement as I got an email saying LN is following me!. Think i may need to get some more excitement in my life!! And on that note I'm off to housework!!

I don't do Twitter Vampy so I miss out on that excitement but to be honest I don't have time for the things I do do so another one would just tip me over the edge. Enjoy LN, glad to know he's still alive.

I don't twitter either Small and have just been following a few people for entertainment value until I re-enrolled in the academy and I've kind of forgotten about Twitter until yesterday - so I blame Spiro completely!

I don't think I'll get too excited about LN on twitter as I think from what little I saw yesterday I think I'll be as shocked at Maud and need much face-palming!!

How you anyway, Small? Any joy with that client and the unpaid bill?

Well we spoke on the phone and it sort of sounded like he was going to pay but I am not holding my breath. Fingers crossed though.

Brrr - just been taking the dog for a walk and it is finally getting pretty cold round here!! Hope we don't get the same level of snow that we had last year - really not sure I could cope living here and not being able to get out and about for days on end. [bbbrrrrr] I'm off to run around the house with the hoover to warm up!

Blimey you do a lot of hoovering! I think our hoover comes out once a week if it's lucky.

It's chilly here today too, I'm hoping we don't get a winter like last year or I will have to stock up on hot water bottles.

I do do a lot of hoovering - sometimes twice a day. We have the most awful bright blue carpets throughout the house and downstairs in particular picks up everything, so if I don't hoover daily it looks awful and believe me I'm not a house proud person, so it must be bad!!! When the hound was moulting a few weeks ago, I could have hoovered hourly and you wouldn't have believed I had!! Gave up around then and decided it was a losing battle!

Believe me the carpets are worth befriending me for just to see them!!! If I had loads of money, I'd probably recarpet the whole house, but it's just not worth it for 2 years and we'd have to put them back again when we march out anyway. oh how I want someone to design a house where I can live with all my friends together away from the stresses of RL

Interestingly I am able to see all your photos without befriending you - did you know you had that setting on? I could not see any manky carpets though, perhaps they are hidden in the special friends only photo section?

I have had THE most exciting day for a complete saddo with no life, that is.

My castle came this morning, complete with lovely Gizzy and if you have a peek on my profile you'll see what I found when I was doing the supermarket shop.

Hi All - sounds like everyone is having a reasonable day.

Mine's been a teensy bit stressful - speeding between work and hospital appt for Miss S. They don't think it's anything too worrisome but still haven't got the coeliac test results back and she's got to go back for another blood test next week !

Mr Spiro has also had a grotty day - his/our best mate (Miss Spiro's godfather) had a call this morning to say his Dad had been found dead in his flat by his colleagues who had had to break in after not hearing from him for a couple of days. Mr S is probably closer to his BF than he is to his brothers and knew his Dad well for over 20 years so is pretty gutted too. Poor guy has only just sorted out his mum's estate after she passed away a couple of years ago and now will have to start all over again with his Dad's.

We're going for the easy option tonight and going out to eat so will catch up later.

So sorry about MrS's mate, Spiro, that must have been horrible.

Fingers crossed for MissS, it must be stressful for you, thinking about it.

LadyD, I did smile when I saw your photo. How is the little plastic Gizzy enjoying his new home?

Lady D - LOL at your photo - I had no idea what I was expecting!! How closely were you inspecting the wine shelves to find that?!

Also don't fool yourself Lady D we all know that the castle is actually yours and MasterD2 is simply a cunning smokescreen for you!!

I've checked and my photos should be friends only - concerning that you can see them - I wonder if it is ones that other people have tagged me in? That's not great if they are not putting their photos only available to friends - this is where FB gets a bit scary and I'm sure Maud will be in agreement!

Massive, he's settling in nicely. The Man wasn't wrong when he said it doesn't look much like him - the nose is spot on but the eyes are too close together and the eyebrows are a little on the heavy side. However, the costume is pretty good and the leather greatcoat is removable which provides lots of opportunity for indoor/outdoor play scenarios. :: over-analysing plastic toy emotion::

Vampy, I was simply perusing the shelves to find the cheap bottles a good vintage and it leapt out at me. My RAdar must have been on full :o .

I can only see how to make them visible to friends only, but if you could see them before you friended me Small, that's slightly worrying - what else could you see?
