Och Tis always the way with military jobs over families. The job always takes priority - has to most of the time but he just made a flippant albeit supposed to be funny comment which will make no sense without outing his job completely along the lines of "believe it or not my job is more important than where your watch is!". I so want to come to meet but the colonel is worried you're all axe murderers and as his job is so blooming all consuming I'll have to be home in time to get kids at 6pm so it will be ridiculously short and sweet[more pouty lips].
