Oh sorry Small, it's a made-up thing we say that all the time in our house and I don't even notice when I'm using it elsewhere. AFD = Alcohol Free Day.

Have you run out or is it deliberate??!

Deliberate :) We always try to do AFDs Monday to Thursday but it rarely works out that we manage all 4 days. Have had a few days off the diet (majorly so) so am back into it today, hence no wine. Will try and last until Friday :) It's hard dieting during school hols though, there's always so much FOOD! Picnics, ice-creams at beach, out for lunch, cooking with the kids etc. Must get back into it though, I have too much to lose to be messing around with it!

Twigs re dieting, don't look at it as too much to lose, look at it as a lot to gain!

I have no will power to diet despite being fed up of being lumpy and bumpy . I dont really drink so I can't blame the wine, far more likely to be sweets here.

Anyone on here a good photographer? I need some photos for my website. Alternatively I could just fill it up with RA photos, that might get me a few visitors.

i can do big ones too like the ones where you go and do working in a bank or a office or a tesco i promiss it won't fall down i will do it very nicely and do my best drawing and i won't even go over the lines or anyfing. i would like bigger money for the big buildings though 'cos i am saving up to buy some new Lego and a pony.
