Hello everyone, how are all our patients today?

Am still loving that matress shot, Massive. I mean just look at his arms... I think I've mentioned my thing for Gene Kelly's arms before - they could be forearm twins. Just the right amount of muscly, without being Schwarzenegger-style off-putting....

I am mobile today - still stiff but not too painful so far, thank goodness. Hopefully will not get worse in the afternoon/evening like it has been doing as I seriously need to go food shopping tonight.
