Sounds good to me! Well, I did have a bedtime story prepared if you fancy it?

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:00

Goodnight btw, Nice Girl and anyone else that has had to run!

A bedtime story sounds good. I hope you left Gizzy in one piece btw, I shall need him later.

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:08

Oh, clever you! Congratulations, Spiro! I don't know how you manage to get things done so quickly. I have been struggling with something for months and getting nowhere. I am so looking forward to reading it!

::Wanders in, looking for Mr Thornton's cravat which seems to have been mislaid::

This place certainly has potential. Lovely. Perhaps this time we should hang this fine image above the common room mantelpiece?

DumSpiroSpero · 09/03/2011 23:10

It's only about halfway through and the title is crap but had to think of something to call it rather than Sparkhouse: The Sequel, which would have been even worse.

If you can stay awake long enough to read all four chapters you'll discover something 'interesting' Grin

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:11

Gizzy, meanwhile looks rather thoughtful

Mmmmm...nice!

DumSpiroSpero · 09/03/2011 23:13

bit of Lucas for the wall?

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:18

Good choice, Maud, I hoped you'd like it. Guy wanted to call it Ye Olde Trippe Inne to make him feel at home, but I wouldn't let him.

Spiro, darn it, i won't be able to read your story tonight, much though I am longing to do so. I have a couple of important and complicated e- mails to write, and as you know it's later here than it is with you...

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:21

Oh, yes, Lucas is always a delight to look at. Even when he's gone over to the

No worries - there's a fair bit there to get stuck into at this time of night, I'm off to bed myself now.

Sweet dreams!

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:27

Just had a quick read of chap one. it is b*dy brilliant spiro, you have really got into his sweet mind.

DumSpiroSpero · 09/03/2011 23:31

Grin Thanks!

DumSpiroSpero · 09/03/2011 23:31

I also have an excuse to keep watching it Wink!

SupermassiveLBD · 09/03/2011 23:38

Oh golly, you really nailed it, I was quivering away mightily when I read it, you could see him and hear him, I can't wait to get to the rest of it but i must be strong now and get that work done Sad.

Morning, gang. So sorry I wasn't around last time (was very Angry about it) but the kids were a nightmare and I had barely 20 minutes to myself all evening, up and down to one then the other.

Spiro, you wrote the story!!! OOOOooooo, exciting!!!! Can't wait to read it tonight (DH is away and if the kids behave I should have the evening to myself).

PassTheTwiglets · 10/03/2011 09:39

"last night", I meant, not "last time"...

LucasIsMyMuse · 10/03/2011 09:50

Spiro, the story is great, I agree with Massive, you can really picture him in it.

DumSpiroSpero · 10/03/2011 10:44

Thank you Lucas!

Hope the kids were 'just' a nightmare, Twigs, not poorly. Do they wake each other up?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 10/03/2011 10:57

Totters in, looking rather dishevelled and smiling enigmatically.

::Hangs the curtains retrieved from the old premises::

Morning all. I am filling time before I take The Girl to the doctor's, to investigate her ongoing lurgy which - based on a telephone consultation - seems to fit no known diagnosis. This will be a doctor we haven't seen before, so I hope they have a nice bedside manner.

I hope to have time to give Spiro's story the attention it deserves later.

Muse - have you turned into Cinderella?

LucasIsMyMuse · 10/03/2011 11:11

Maud thank you for savingthe curtains, I almost went back to get them myself but I am on the phone so a bit of a mare. Hence still in yesterdays clothes also. Far too much faff.

LucasIsMyMuse · 10/03/2011 11:13

I like to think of myself as a bit of a Cinders character when being put upon by the mob family but no, just left in a bit of a rush with too much alcohol. You know how it is.
