Would you like a glass of Chateau Gizzy?

No, I'm saying that he doesn't do it for me and therefore he is yours and half the female population of the UK's for the asking!

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 12/02/2011 21:24

He has said my RL name, in a poem Grin

I haven't tried it with Lucas but last time I watched any RH with any of my lot in the room I got accused of having a mouth like a hen's botty. I was probably trying to suck my wanting-to-hang-out tongue back in behind my teeth.

Twigs, be strong, our thoughts are with you.

"I haven't tried it with Lucas", comme l'actrice a dit a l'évêque.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 21:29

::gets coat::

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 21:39

How could I possibly mean what I think you mean, Maud? Not that I don't like the idea. Lucas certainly does it for me.

Two accents in one word, wow, that takes deidcation.

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 21:40

well you know what it takes

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 12/02/2011 21:41

I watched Series 8 of Spooks with the DH, we've always watched Spooks together, from the very beginning...

OP posts:
ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 21:42

Yes, but there was a missing accent on the a. Oh the shame.

You know I don't mean it. I just wanted to bring back the actress and the bishop who, to my mother's great annoyance, were a large part of my teenage years.

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 21:44

Phoenix and Maud, you are made of strong stuff.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 21:46

::watches bosom deflate::

I think if - like The Gardener et moi - you were there from Spooks 1.1 it acted as a sort of inoculation or acclimatisation for everything that was to follow.

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 21:46

I was rather fond of the bishop and the actress myself. And who was it with the art mistress? The Gardener? I foget.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 21:48

Ah, now, you've lost me there. Art mistress? And ::gasp:: The Gardener?

::Looks suspiciously at the figure of The Gardener, lying supine on the sofa::

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 21:54

We used to have a spectacularly flamboyant art mistress, too, which made the jokes particularly succulent to grubby minded young gels.

Obviously, there are many Gardeners, just as there are many men named John.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 22:32

We haven't had any music tonight, have we?

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 22:47

It never fails, I always laugh out loud at Lucy Brown.

Nice bit of boot porn in that too, showing him planting them very carefully as he stands in a gateway.

How about ? Perhaps she'd like an alternative disco stick tonight?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 22:56

::Hoot:: at boot porn. Your equivalent of my cravat porn. And what a very restrained performance from young miss Gaga there.

We haven't heard from Twiggy, have we?

::concerned::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 22:57

Cravat porn caters for diverse tastes

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 12/02/2011 23:11

That's really strange, Massive, I was also thinking of Lady Gaga...

A blogger also posted several Lady Gaga videos that have been done the other day.

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 23:11

That is a tres norty expression there on the face of Monsieur Darcy. I will just have to

Those shots of the boots in Mack the Knife always looks to me as if he's practising his line dancing. Bless.

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 23:19

I agree with what that lady says, Phoenix.
I hate the hype but the songs are great.

PS I don't suppose you were thinking about a certain actor too, as well as lady G. That would have been uncanny! Grin

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 23:19

I think we've seen all those LG vids at different times. She's a very, err, prolific young lady, isn't she?

I couldn't have put it better myself

::Paces the room nervously for news of Twiggy::

SupermassiveLBD · 12/02/2011 23:35

I am loving that composite, Maud. Jolly fun, and decorative withal.

I am sure she'll laugh her socks off when she comes on here, seeing all our comments about her

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 23:44

Nice, isn't it, despite the glaring omission?

I would have warned her, if I had thought to check earlier. But shouldn't one of the other Spooks buffs (oops, that's maybe not the best choice of word in the circs) spotted the danger signs when she mentioned it was Spooks 8.4? It shouldn't have been left to a relative Spooks novice like me.

Who should we send? The good doctor? Or will more direct action be needed?

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/02/2011 23:46

Of course

::smacks forehead::

She won't be able to let us know how she is, now that Claude the Squirrel has chewed through the power supply and plunged TwigTown into darkness.
