Very suave! I feel shaken and stirred.

As for that vid, well i can only repeat what I said before, he's magnificent.

Less than the dust beneath thy Chariot wheel,
Less than the rust that never stained thy Sword,
Less than the trust thou hast in me, O Lord,
Even less than these!

Less than the weed that grows beside thy door,
Less than the speed of hours spent far from thee,
Less than the need thou hast in life of me.
Even less am I.

Since I, O Lord, am nothing unto thee,
See here thy Sword, I make it keen and bright,
Love's last reward, Death, comes to me to-night,
Farewell, Zahir-u-din.
Grin

And not before time! All this emotion today has fair tuckered me out.
Was the cocoa okay again?

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 00:20

Mr Thornton thanks you for your kind enquiry and confirms that the cocoa was indeed delicious, although it had quite a surprising kick.

Sweet (and, I hope, untroubled) dreams.

Ah, Sunday lunchtime (in this time zone, at least). Time for something delicious.

Finger-lickin' good, Flowers!

Yes, I have survived!

Even the experience of having to cover up snorts of hysterical laughter over breakfast this morning as I thought of Mrs LN watching Cold Feet in the bath

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 13:13

What's on the menu today, Theresa? Devils on horseback?

OP posts:
Theresaholeinyourmind · 28/11/2010 13:26

No Flowers, close, but actually some of these

I hope Mrs LN is okay too. Even if she hasn't been electrocuted, it would have been an electrifying experience

Not posted on this thread before but thought I'd share some intel courtesy of TV section, Richard Armitage online - the Vicar of Dibley 'The Handsome Stranger' and 'The Vicar in White' are on Gold tomorrow and Tuesday respectively (1.50 p.m./10.25 p.m. on Monday and 1.45 p.m./10.25 p.m. on Tuesday). Also just seen that Spooks Series 7 will be shown on Watch in December.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 28/11/2010 13:35

Thank you very much, fascicle. Do keep posting.

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 13:37

Oooh, a new resident for the Hotel California. Lovely to meet you, Fascicle. Do you have, ahem, an Armitage specialism?

OP posts:
Theresaholeinyourmind · 28/11/2010 13:42

Well it's really fallen angels, Flowers, I don't know how posh that is but it's certainly tasty.

Nah, I wish. Just chicken.

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 13:45

Fallen angels, did you say?

OP posts:
Theresaholeinyourmind · 28/11/2010 13:49

The very one, Flowers. Did I just see poor fascicle make a break for the door, screaming?

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 13:51

I reckon that if Fascicle spends time on RA Online she's made of pretty robust stuff. Or so I hope.

asmallbunchofflowers · 28/11/2010 13:57

Right. Going off comms for a while. Have a pressing engagement with Mr Harry Potter.

Happy Sunday, all!

I adored that Tom Jones video - the "are you coming home with me?" but at the end made me very wibbly. Oh man, how wonderful was that? Btw, I forgot to answer about when I said N&S would do Bad Things to me. I meant in the sense that it would add to an already startling obsession! Gosh, I had a very interesting dream last night! Do you recall a while back that I mentioned one of the teachers at school looking a little like RA? (not the appropriately-named teacher, another one). Well last night I dreamed that he was wearing a Mr Thornton outfit at school!!

In honour of stir-up Sunday, I was thinking we should have Pay close attention to the few seconds from 3'07 :)

Bodenbabe · 28/11/2010 14:01

Oops, sorry, I mean

Welcome, Fascicle! Thanks so much for that intel as I was wondering how I could rewatch those Dibley episodes without drawing too much attention to it :o

Enjoy Mr Potter, Flowers.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 28/11/2010 14:13

''I dreamed that he was wearing a Mr Thornton outfit at school!! ''

What did you say to him , Boden? ''Turn back and look at me''?

Grin at 6.07. My favourite dish x2!

Bodenbabe · 28/11/2010 14:36

I bet if that ingredient were available at the supermarket there'd be a sudden rush, a la Delia's cranberries...

Re. the dream, I think I just stared open-mouthed, Theresa :o I actually had a bit of a schoolgirl crush on this teacher anyway, even before that dream!

MrsLucasNorth · 28/11/2010 14:46

Still here and in one piece. The 2nd half of Cold Feet not quite so interesting although did involve the bit where he goes skinny dipping with the other fitness instructors then toddles through the hotel in nothing but a fluffy white towel, so was not all bad, especially accompanied by hot bath, toblerone and a nice glass of red - pretty much the perfect evening (although could just think of one improvement...in my dreams Grin)
