Prep courses are minimum £2k for SQE 1 and £3K for SQE2. Realistically they’re more like £10-12k for the two. The exam fees were nearing £6k when I sat them last year.

Add on the fact that it’s essentially a full time job to study for them, and then you need to find some form of qualifying work experience, which needs to be 2 years full time.

How will you be doing that?
