Are you animal, vegetable or mineral?

Biscusting · 27/01/2020 19:23

Do you get to take home any leftovers?

Angie6868 · 27/01/2020 19:24

Is the "beef" actually beef?

Redshoeblueshoe · 27/01/2020 19:24

Have you noticed a drop of MNers coming in recently ?

mniser · 27/01/2020 19:25

@Strongmummy umm an animal

@Biscusting I don't get to however I do get a free meal of choice after every shift and normally get any extra things pretty cheap which is a bonus

What quality is the meat? I tend to steer clear of the pork and beef as it’s always concerned me.

letshopeitsnot · 27/01/2020 19:26

What's your favourite dishes?

mniser · 27/01/2020 19:26

@Angie6868 yes the beef is actually beef (in our shop anyway I can't promise that for all places) it's normally top side cut

Do you like their salt and pepper chips

is the chef shouty?
angry with a knife?
or is that you?

FoxtrotOscarPoppet · 27/01/2020 19:27

Do you use MSG in your food. If so, why?

EezyOozy · 27/01/2020 19:27

Do they manually add MSG?

Bluewavescrashing · 27/01/2020 19:27

Are things reheated loads of times? 🤢

NoMilk · 27/01/2020 19:29

Do people make up 'complaints' to get a free meal?

Do some people order nearly every night, including for their children?

Are most customers nice?

Fairylea · 27/01/2020 19:29

I’ve always wondered how they cook things so fast ... do they precook the chicken and then reheat?

Love a take away!

Justajot · 27/01/2020 19:29

Do they use some sort of chemical to tenderise meat? It often seems unusually soft to me.

If someone phones in an order, is there a way of ordering that you find easiest to follow? Do you have any tips on making your life easier?

NetballHoop · 27/01/2020 19:30

Have you ever been to China? I only ask because a while back I went to a Turkish restaurant and as the waiter had a strong accent I tried talking to him in the little Turkish I know. He then, in an entirely cockney accent, said "sorry love, I've never been there but I like to make it more authentic".

mniser · 27/01/2020 19:30

@Redshoeblueshoe do you mean in the Chinese?

@Muchtoomuchtodo the meat is really good quality the pork is usually boiled which I find weird and the chicken is whole free chickens not that frozen slime you get sometimes

@letshopeitsnot that's a really hard one maybe chicken spicy satay or the Peking chicken is amazing!

@EnidBlyton all the salt and pepper stuff is lush we also do a salt and pepper mixed box which is really good. One chef doesn't speak English apart from prawn crackers and the other chef isn't bothered about much he's pretty chilled until people start causing sh*t

What's the most popular dish you sell?

floppybit · 27/01/2020 19:32

How is the sweet and sour sauce made. Does it get delivered in massive containers. My Chinese friend said never eat it but it's my favourite!

Marsbardelight · 27/01/2020 19:34

Do you give regulars a bit more in thier portions?

leghairdontcare · 27/01/2020 19:34

Do you sell poppadoms?

Are you Chinese? And if so, do people say racist things, either intentionally or out of ignorance?

What's your food hygiene rating?

Redshoeblueshoe · 27/01/2020 19:37

Yes in the Chinese, I saw a preppers thread on here today, people prepping for the coronavirus. Are you getting less customers in ?
Salt and pepper mixed box sounds brilliant, what's in it ?

Cheesecake53 · 27/01/2020 19:40

Is it now unusually quiet because of the Coronavirus or business as usual?

managedmis · 27/01/2020 19:43

Do you judge folk who order chips?
Are you yourself actually Chinese?

Sagradafamiliar · 27/01/2020 19:48

Is the curry sauce vegetarian and are the chips fried in animal fat? Sorry, pressing questions these Grin
