What delivery options does Boots offer over Christmas?
Boots offers several delivery options for Christmas shopping.
Click & Collect is free for orders over £15 or costs £1.50 for smaller orders. Customers can place an order by 8 PM and collect it at a selected store on their chosen day (excludes airport stores).
For Standard Delivery, orders over £25 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders cost £3.95, though some items like medicines and third-party products are excluded.
If you need your order sooner, Next Day Delivery is available for £4.95 with orders placed by 10 PM, delivered between 8 AM and 9 PM the next day. Alternatively, you can select Named Day Delivery for £4.75 and schedule delivery up to 14 days in advance.
For same-day delivery, Boots partners with Just Eat, Deliveroo, and Uber Eats in certain areas - simply order through their apps from participating stores.
For bulky or heavy items, delivery costs £5.50 or £12.99 for items over 50kg, with delivery typically within five days.
What is Boots' returns policy for Christmas?
Boots offers an extended Christmas returns policy for gifts purchased between October 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025.
For online orders, you can return unused items in their original condition with the order number for a refund to the original payment method.
For in-store purchases, returns are accepted until January 31, 2025, with an original receipt for a refund or exchange. If you present a gift receipt, you can exchange the item or receive credit on a Boots Gift Card at the current selling price.
Normal exclusions apply, and statutory rights are unaffected.
