I for one am perfectly keen that the lovely gents who go to the men's pond have some space to themselves, I think there are few places to gather and the ponds are fairly famous as a place for gay men to hang out, I'm sure straight men do as well. .. Clearly not a place for women though, same as the women's ponds are not for men. There is a mixed pond as well...

If the Equality Act 2010 allows for proportionate means, then surely if the men's pond is for men only (as we common folk understand the word men) as that is proportionate, then the women's pond similarly has to be for women only. Us born ones. Don't see how they can wriggle out of it.
