Morning campers Flowers

Once more for you, the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope it's been a good week, and I hope that the scales have been kind to you this morning.

If not, and if you haven't been cheating (!) then just remember that weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for seeing very little or no weight loss. KOKO (keep on keep on) and hopefully things will soon get going again.

Here's to a good week! Smile

2.4lb off for me this week, which I'm really pleased about after last week's gain.

Enough motivation to KOKO in this crappy weather!

3lb down this week. Not sure if it counts as I caught a sickness bug yesterday and couldn't keep anything down. The day before I hadn't lost any weight. I have been really good all week though!

And good to know that a stall is normal. I was feeling a bit glum.

Morning all! Gorgeously autumnal with a bit of sleepy mist here this morning. I'm looking forward to a stroll at lunch.

1.5lbs down this week, and after my hormonal fluctuations, 1.5 overall this bootcamp, but I have lost 17lbs in the 13 weeks since I started. Woop woop!! Slow and steady. Ifeelso much better, mentally and physically. Being more mindful in my food has helped me rely on it less for reward / comfort.booze may be more challenging

I went out for a fabulous lunch yesterday - not low carb, but I left 3 potatoes and a parsnip, and really enjoyed what I ate. A great cause too - The Clink Restaurantwww.theclinkcharity.org/restaurants/brixton

Great losses, Kondo, Taming, MrsGareth - and totally right about KOKO Ketomeato, we can wait for that woosh together!

Morning, 0.4lb off this week but I had a terrible weekend. Not enough water and generally not being careful.

Been poorly, some self inflicted but otherwise a nasty cold with blocked sinuses and a thumping headache ☹️😷

Today is going to be strict.

B - FF Greek yogurt, tea with cream.
L - left over keto lasagna
D - pork steaks with buttered green beans.

Taking kids to softplay this morning, wish me luck!!

1.5lbs off this week. Not huge, but very nearly half a stone in 2 weeks, and 9lbs since the beginning of August (and I'm fairly sure I went back up again before I started bootcamp!). Very pleased. And above all else, just feeling better and with a much clearer idea of what my body needs me to eat.

Plan this week is koko. Look at making my own pate. Buy more oily fish. Make LC moussaka for tea tonight. DRINK WATER!

Morning all, I’m on my week 5 starting today and haven’t lost anything again (I know this is typical in week 3 and 4) I’m hoping for a whoosh this week though to keep my motivation up! Maybe I’ll cut out the dairy / do an egg fast. I’m still over half a stone less that when I started which is good.
Need to keep up the water too!
Hope you’ve all lost!

Well now, the scales have been extremely unpleasant this morning. Hmmph. 2lbs back on. 😤 (Although if I'd been only weighing myself weekly I wouldn't have noticed anything but staying the same.)
I know what it is, (hormonal) so I'm more miffed than anything else. But still. 😤

I've had a good couple of days with no cheating (of course Halo ) and 3 litres of water. I'm monitoring when I lose it again so that I can be prepared mentally next time.
I still feel loads better and am way less puffy than normal. Next up will be the
lead up to Hell Week (period) so I'm sort of hoping that when I've got it, I'll lose some more weight again.
Its also coincided with the Great Stall of week 3 & 4 so there's that. Oh well. KOKO.

Today's menu...
Breakfast: egg
Dinner: pork belly, spinach
Tea: mince from the bolognese- or I'll save it for tomorrow. It depends on how I feel.
Aiming for 3 litres again- hopefully that will help to counter-act the water retention etc.

Hope you're all doing well...better than me at least. KOKO Grin

I’ve lost a pound and am surprised after the shocking weekend I’ve had. Despite my own mantra, I’ve certainly not got my water targets this week either, but my non-existent fag target has been well exceeded. Hmm

Going to make things better this week with water.

8track hear hear to the Clink. Are you involved with the charity or were you just a random guest? I attended their annual do in January and the food—prepared by the ex-offenders, as in the restaurant—was gorgeous.

Thanks for the new thread BIWI and well done to all the losers.

I have stayed the same this week, which is ok. I’ll koko with the rest of you!

Stayed the same , bit annoyed but I’ll give the cheese a bit of a miss this week ,
We’re going away at the weekend , so that’ll be a challenge 👍

Up by 1.5lb - not enough water last week I think, lots on that took me to remote places and on trains, and I hate to go to the toilet on a train.

Still, I'm in this for the long term, and that kind of fluctuation isn't unusual for me. More water this week, starting now.

B - Butter coffee
L - left over chicken in tarragon with broccoli, sprouts and crispy pancetta
D - some kind of mexican fajita type thing (with the cream-cheese pancakes rather than fajitas) plus sour cream, guacamole etc.

Day 11 for me and down 5 pounds since I started. Tops are looser too!

Plan for food:
B - two boiled eggs and a creamy coffee
L - probably omelette...
D - chicken thighs with buttery veg

Erm, slightly embarrassing but I haven't been able to add myself to the spreadsheet yet as joined thread in week 3. Is it too late to do so now, in week 4?

2lbs up which is possibly correct after Saturdays cheating and generally not enough water over the weekend. However I'd been brilliant Mon to Fri and the scales were all over, and I got a variety of readings even this morning so might be sending them off to join the others under someone's patio.

3 good food days coming then I'm away: two different hotels (one very foodie) and then a night with relatives means a rocky week ahead. Will resolve to get as much water in as I can and forgo all dessert and cake, doing as best as I can the rest of the time.

One thing I'm consoling myself with with is thinking about all the things I haven't eaten as this weekend would have been so much worse if I wasn't actively bootcamping, and my weekdays have been excellent.

Morning all!
1lb off this week, feel like it should be more and I'm really feeling good/slimmer.
Was good all week last week, fasted for 20hours a day, two meals a day and ate all low carb etc.. BUT I did have a lot of dairy so must be that, I lost more in week two when I cut right back on dairy so I'll lay off it again this week and see what happens.
I took a picture yesterday and looked at it against the picture for the start of week 1 and I can really see the difference, especially in my waist (May post a cropped picture of waist only to see if you all can tell) so thats spuring me on.
So this week, less dairy, more water and move more. Lets go!

It's taking me ages to get going with things and this is was also the case last bootcamp. I think I've finally got some discipline with food and some small movements on the scales. Going to do my best to keep it up and hoping this time next week I'll have lost some lbs!!

Report
VeryLittleOwl · 04/11/2019 09:56

If I go with yesterday's weight I'm 2lbs down, if I take today's I'm 2lbs up - I think there must have been a lot of potato in that veg soup and I probably overdid it on the parsnips and sprouts! Fortunately I took my comparison photo yesterday as well :) This is 8lbs gone in 3 weeks.
