Morning campers Flowers

Once more for you, the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope it's been a good week, and I hope that the scales have been kind to you this morning.

If not, and if you haven't been cheating (!) then just remember that weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for seeing very little or no weight loss. KOKO (keep on keep on) and hopefully things will soon get going again.

Here's to a good week! Smile

Rayna did they bill it as a low carb stack? How cool.

Well I—a daily weigher—am 3 glorious pounds up from Monday.

Will aim to mitigate the damage the rest of this week, with FLGV and WATER! WATER! WATER!

I’d been doing well, but...life, eh? This is the time when I remind myself how far I’ve come, and what I will ultimately achieve. I’ll get those photos up soon, to share.

prettybird · 07/11/2019 11:55

I've just tried my lovely flattering last Christmas trousers on.... I can get them on which earlier this summer I couldn't Blush and I can keep the button done up which even earlier in the summer I couldn't, comfortably Blush but they're not very flattering at the moment: lots of muffin top and my thunder thighs are straining the material Blush

But I will wear them again at Christmas and they will look good! Smile

I should maybe take some pictures to show the progress Wink

Damn, I missed something that was deleted very quickly! Grin

prettybird please do take photos and share. You’ll get there. We all can.

prettybird · 07/11/2019 12:12

It was just a goady fucker - no loss to the thread Wink

I'll take pictures tomorrow. Smile

Rayna37 · 07/11/2019 12:12

They did Riggins! So none of the usual "no toast, no beans" blah blah blah. More menus like that please!

OnceUponAMidnightBeery · 07/11/2019 12:18

@KondoKonvert ha, i look forward to a few of my chins disappearing!

Sounds like a lot of us lose it round the belly first, @venusandmars excepted Grin Can definitely sympathise with being an egg on sticks!

TMI alert, but managed to see my (ahem) lady garden lady jungle to trim it for the first time in ages. Without trying to hoist my spare tyres out of the way. I'm counting that as an NSV as is DH Grin

Not enough water yesterday, must do better today. does soda water count if it has gin in it?

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 13:03

Amusingly relatable.

Sofa water counts. Gin doesn’t. Hmm

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 13:04

I first lose weight through my midriff (under breasts to just above navel), face, and arse. The stomach is always the last to go.

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 13:06

*soda, not sofa Confused

OnceUponAMidnightBeery · 07/11/2019 13:50

@ShagMeRiggins I'll count the ltr of soda water then Grin

I'm jealous - my face seems to be the last place I lose it from. Well, and thighs...

prettybird · 07/11/2019 13:53

My bum and thighs are the last place I lose from Sad

KondoKonvert · 07/11/2019 14:11

My arms have a lot of stubborn staying power, unfortunately. I would love to be free of the bingo wing 😫

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 15:51

Kondo it’s been remarked upon that I have “slim limbs”, and I have. Still have bingo wings, though!

So much if this losing weight gubbins ties into body image. We all have our “areas.” Me, I try to focus on progress and health. And looking smoking hot. Grin

KondoKonvert · 07/11/2019 16:11

@ShagMeRiggins Completely! I have loose skin on my arms from a big weight loss (~8 stone) around 2014 and so I don't think any amount of dieting will reduce my arms to how I'd like them. I've mostly come to terms with them!

prettybird · 07/11/2019 16:37

Dh thinks I look hot - and although he says he still thought I was hot even when I was 3 stone heavier Grin, he also says he's pleased that I've lost weight as it's easier to get his arms around me Wink Love is blind Grin

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 16:45

I'll count the ltr of soda water then

This subtly passed me by on first read, MidnightBeery. Very funny Wink

Also, the most belated of best birthday wishes to Nonononon.

ShagMeRiggins · 07/11/2019 16:47

Kondo a) amazing loss, b) have you looked at Callanetics for arm exercises? It’s ancient, but those silly little movements work. Lots of other things that could be tried as well. Gently.

prettybird that’s incredibly sweet.

KondoKonvert · 07/11/2019 16:52

@ShagMeRiggins no, I haven't, but i will. I've been doing Pilates and yoga along with weights in the hope of tightening them but no joy (yet!)

Plan for the day:

B: butter coffee

L: veg soup with low carb Scotch egg

D: roasted chicken leg with piri piri celeriac chips and roasted mushrooms

SittingontheSidelines · 07/11/2019 17:15

I love this thread you are all amazing.

Breakfast nothing.
Lunch left over buttered veg.
Dinner. Roast pork. Celariac mash. Cauliflower/broccoli and some dark green cabbage. Hoping there'll be lots of delicious crackling on the pork.

OnceUponAMidnightBeery · 07/11/2019 17:21

@prettybird aww that's sweet!

@KondoKonvert my arms are OK, but I definitely have the equivalent on bingo wings on my thighs Blush

@ShagMeRiggins was hoping it would fly under the radar Grin

8Track · 07/11/2019 19:03

Such lovely positive vibes on here today!

B- scrambled eggs, salmon, goats cheese
D - low carb sausages, swede, broccoli, egg and cauli. Aka veg needs using up!

Nonononon · 07/11/2019 19:04

Evening all! Been super busy today!

Thanks for the birthday wishes shag Grin

Food today.
L: asparagus, mushrooms, bacon and leeks fried in butter, turned into a omelette using 3 medium eggs. Cream coffee.
D: two pork chops, and some asparagus, leeks and kale fried in butter.

I really feel like I've lost more weight so I jumped on the scales this morning and I'm the same weight as I was on Monday. But I definitely look slimmer. Can someone explain what happens in week 3-4 when you're losing weight but it doesn't show up until later? (Or whatever it was)
