I totally understand Headings for me are capital letters per word also. drugs capitilise, took me an age to get that in my head, now don't do it. Perhaps the secs at the hospital sort it themselves, or it was agreed this is how we send them, i wonder if they have feedback meetings.
I've had a couple of feedbacks today, one was telling me a line i could not understand due to bad sound quality, how is that going to help me in the future!?
the other one was i should have put the name of the clinic in the brackets with the date, its one way or another make up your mind.
I've asked for feedback on a dictation today regarding typing out blood result x109/L with the 9 being made into the power. I can't transfer it via word without it defaulting as above and the system goes to 3 and if you try to alter the number it goes back to "9" again. Anyone help with this or am i wasting my time. Only one dr dictates it like this.
good news though. I got a short spacked out dictation of seconds so i put on a note to say missing dictation and was paid a line for it. so a note = one line. FYI
I was shocked! Had another stupid "use a template" one later another short one of 8 seconds so that was 2 lines, i typed the hospital number out in between lol
