Are there any objections if I use the leftover wool from the Edgar and Rindercella blankets to make something for Blondes? I've got loads! Anyone with leftovers feel free to pm me about either sending it on or sending more squares :)

S'ok, Piste. Some deliveries from the online suppliers are taking longer than expected despite claims that they are posted out first class. I think the issue is probably that they aren't posting them out very quickly. Arse.

I have had two lots from Cucumber, arriving in 24 hours. As you say, probs posted first class, when they get round to it

I'm still trying to work out why a wool supplier is called bloody Cucumber

I'll give them top marks for customer service though. Wholesome do gooders

More of a Knotty Knitter

I am a very very basic knitter who, up until recently, hasn't knitted for a couple of years. I'm more of a fabric type! I even had to get some new needles as I couldn't find mine. So, take heart, you are in good company

I'm just Knot a Knitter, Knot even a Knotty Knitter
But I'm a good PA [nibbles]

I'm not in a huge rush at the moment, I'm working on a stetson and a pair of baby converse bootees in crochet, plus 10 bandana bibs and a blanket on the sewing side... Plus the full time job

On the plus side, I have an interview for some direct payment work on sat and for a 3 day a week nanny the following fri so hopefully will soon be in a position to do mimapants fulltime

Wonder if my green and silver wool has arrived anywhere yet? Fabby knitters unite!

Meh. Week on Friday one has cancelled. I drive a 1970 beetle which, while a fantastic car, is a) expensive to get business insurance on and b) not something I'd be comfortable transporting other people's dc's in (drum brakes, no airbags, no side impact protection... it's just a steel shell with the engine inthe wrong place). Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
