Update on Stand With Maya!

This week I finished writing my seventh witness statement in this case, and we assembled the fifth bundle of evidence. My lawyers wrote their fourth opening statement, and I am preparing to be cross-examined for the third time.
I am claiming for compensation for injury to feelings, aggravated damages, lost earnings and future earnings.
The tribunal will be the same panel as before, and the hearing will be online.
If you would like to watch you should email in advance to [email protected]k_ — the email subject should be PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST - Forstater v CGDE & Ors 2200909/2019 - 21 and 22 March.

Classic double standard for women, if you curl up in a ball and cry it's because you're unstable emotional and weak, if you don't (or only do that in private) and get on with things at all it shows we didn't actually hurt you so you have nothing to complain about.

I've been busy over the last few days, so not been able to tune into the live proceedings, so thank you everyone for the updates. Hopefully there will be a positive resolution fairly soon.

As for your opponents claiming your courage and resistance are proof that they didn't harm you -- contemptible. I hope you get the compensation you deserve.

I'm optimistic for some restrained judicial expressions of 'surprise' at this one. Whatever happens, Maya, well done and thank you for being the one to stand up at great personal cost. Whatever compensation you finally get you will have earned ten times over.
