That's your opinion and you are entitled to it. I say you're wrong.
Sandie Peggie shared really dark jokes about a tragedy with the women she worked with who she thought were her friends, and that single instance could be taken as proof that Sandie Peggie is a dyed in the wool racist, yes.
However, anecdotally there have been patients who have spoken about how she treated them with compassionate, efficient care no matter who they were, where they were from, what colour they were, or whether they had a gender identity.
There is also the fact that in over 30 years, no one has ever leveraged a claim of racism against her, until the tribunal against NHS Fife and Dr Upton suddenly needed another angle. During the tribunal it came out that a co-worker who was apparently racially abused by Sandie Peggie has denied the spurious allegation that Sandie Peggie was ever racist towards them. Another allegation (the bacon comment), was actually said by another co-worker, not Sandie Peggie.
Either way, it's clear from the over 30 years of no complaints that Sandie Peggie is capable of doing her job to the best of her ability without making waves for either patients, or co-workers. The same cannot be said about Dr Upton.
Sandie Peggie is not "confrontational" for requesting her rights to a single sex changing area at work be upheld. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can clearly see that Sandi Peggie has been harassed and bullied by both NHS Fife management and Dr Upton.
Sandi Peggie is not a "bigot" for saying it was inappropriate for Dr Upton to be in the nurse's female changing rooms. No woman is "bigoted" for being able to accurately sex men as male.
Incidentally, have you managed to leverage the rape of any women in your ongoing quest to get men access to women and girls in a state of undress recently? I've seen you do it twice so far. There we are then.
