There's been a spate of threads recently about things JK Rowling has shamefully failed to comment on. Wouldn't it be easier to put them all in a single thread?

I'll start.

JK Rowling has shamefully failed to comment on the Manchester City fraud scandal.

Even though she lives north of the border she could have proffered many congratulations to England for thumping Coratia 7-0 in Croatia on Saturday. However, the perfidy pales into insignificance when she didn't turn up yesterday to watch my grandson's team win 8-0, I know it was cold and windy but someone would have stood her a coffee at half time!

My supermarket has had hot cross buns in stock for a month! Not a word.....

She has not only not commented on the Brentford's 2025/26 away kit, I suspect she actually designed it, the malevolent cow.
I mean, a brown football jersey?? Who would be twisted enough to come up with that idea?

Be careful what you wish for: she might buy up your grandson's team, and make them wear brown jerseys, she's evil like that.

Unfortunately, it seems I now can only log in via email with the X app, which I am not getting.

If JKR wants to communicate her thoughts, she will have to contact me personally from now on.

She'll probably have her thoughts printed on flyers and stuff them through your letterbox, along with the takeaway menus and double-glazing ads.

Well my cat is very lovely but she screams at every other cat that comes near our house, my neighbours don't approve and shout at her. You'd think a woman that good with words would offer to mediate but no, my poor cat remains undefended. Very deeply disappointed

She has failed to acknowledge the tragedy of ONLY blue spogs in my liquorice allsorts today, clearly indicating the suppression of pink spogs in the packet - who knows how far this has gone.

In fact two of those blue spogs were STUCK TOGETHER

• what was I meant to do? Peel them apart?

It's a warning sign to us all, worth of note from her above, but no. silence.

Two the bakery items were missing from my delivery. Ok they were treats that I didn't need but still I suffered and guess what? Crickets from JKR.

Also our local community travel scheme is looking for two new board members, has she offered to help or even volunteered to drive? Not A Squeak.

Very poor from JKR. She's let her acolytes down, she's let her far right funders down, and she's let herself down.

Royal Mail have updated dog food delivery to say they can't even be bothered to deliver it today. JKR must address this serious turn of events immediately. Will nobody think of my poor starving dog?

My pet rat would like to know why she hasn't congratulated him on the silkiness of his beautiful whiskers! He is outraged!
