The screening services are based on actual sex. That sex exists in all of us.
And by pretending that it doesn't so that trans people dont have to acknowledge this biological fact is just sustaining an ureality, like the emperor's new clothes.
We dont have to conclude with make believe.
And the NHS has better things to do with its time let alone the increased costs.
If someone isn't in touch with reality, you dont play along with it.
This is treatment based on sex.

If some people want to put their health at risk by not making use of the services offered in relation to sex, that is their choice.
