Thank you for your courage. Trans women are women

Can everyone stop toying with the delusional?! It feeds them and as much as I do believe we should laugh in the face of such bullshit, they keep at it! Never actually coming forward with any concrete proof that Fake transwomen are in fact women. One day they’ll grow up 🤞

'Effeminate' men. In his own words. What about them?

Yup. As the Samoan weightlifting coach said, they shouldn't be competing against women.

"I’ve got nothing against fa'afafine or transgender, I’ve got some good friends that are, but for them to compete in the women’s division? Maybe have their own division. Not against the women, it’s an unfair playing field. A man’s a man, a woman’s a woman. Different muscles, different bones, different strengths."

Yes of course. I didn't realise you were THAT new to this, are you going to tell us about DSDs next? You have to be a man to be a fa'afafine, nobody pretends they are women. It's a way of dealing with gay and effeminate men within the culture.

Jeez, we are two inches away from "gender neutral toilet at home", aren't we?

Yes Cyan. I need to get out my bingo dabber pen thingy again
All been heard, seen and typed before

Because I don't believe that having a penis is the problem. I believe that rape is a social problem caused by men who choose to rape women.

You don’t get to say that for me. The legislation says men can’t go into women’s single sex spaces.

I know trans identifying men don’t require my consent or so they say. They have told me repeatedly on here they don’t care about my distress.

but the law cares.

It's quite a reach to believe that this means the definition only applies to the EA 😂

What do you mean? The Supreme Court judges were explicitly clear in parag 2 of their decision that the judgement only applies to the use of those words in the EA,

No penises in women only spaces. It's not hard.

I have a friend who is a trans woman. Her penis has been surgically removed. She looks more feminine than I do (yes I am female as assigned at birth) but the law now states she has to use the male toilets.

My husbands place of work has a trans man. He looks very male, beard, well muscled, deep voice - I was very surprised to learn he’d been born female. Legally he now has to use the female toilets!

Meanwhile I used a toilet this week where a male was cleaning said toilets. A male cleaner is allowed in “female only” spaces but not my very feminine and penis less, trans woman, friend.

Just go in the cubicle, lock the door, do what you need to do, exit the cubicle and wash your hands.

That's right. And we have no way of telling which men are rapists and which are not - hence the need for single sex spaces.

I can’t do that if there’s a man in the space.

I mean by that logic we should just have a separatist society. And how many other groups could we apply it to?

If the cubicle being locked is all it takes to make people safe then why can’t trans women use the locked cubicles in the gents?

Because I don't believe that having a penis is the problem. I believe that rape is a social problem caused by men who choose to rape women.

And do you not think that this applies just as much to trans women who retain a penis as it does to natal males ? Assuming you do, how do you think we should go about identifying them ? Because this is the reason single sex spaces are needed. I’m not buying that you actually can’t see this.

Frequency · Yesterday 17:23

Spaces are segregated by sex, not gender. Sex is immutable; it cannot be changed, no matter how much you wish it could.

Trans women should absolutely be protected and respected as trans women, and if they want to fight for a third space to help them achieve this, I would stand with them, but they don't get to take our spaces.

I appreciate the question. I am a trans-fem non-binary person. This means, while I was AMAB, I mostly see myself aligned with femininity. However, I do not see myself within the binary of gender, so that's why I use those pronouns

I think your answer is just perfect. It’s just a load of words without any or you meaning you could put them in any order you like, rearrange the letters within the words still makes no sense at all.

Katie Dolatowski's second victim tried to do just that, but then Katie/Lennon shoved her back into the cubicle.

Then why are you a CIS woman?

Edited

Cis just seems to mean a person who doesn't want to be the opposite sex to what they actually are

Thats good then because "transwomen " can just go in the cubicle of the men's toilet, lock the door, do what they need to do, exit the cubicle and wash their hands

Oh of course, the cleaners!

My bingo card is so very nearly full!

Trans women/Men are misogynistic and deranged, with a raft of disturbing reasons as to why they who want access to women’s only spaces.

However the world has woken up from its slumber and is finally pushing back, best pack away your ghastly clothes and maybe take up a new hobby.

Because I don't believe that having a penis is the problem. I believe that rape is a social problem caused by men who choose to rape women.

And can you see any pitfalls with saying that men with penises can enter women's spaces if they say they're women? Which men are likely to want to do that?

And what about women who don't want to undress with men even if they are kind enough not to be rapists?

ThreadGuardDog · Yesterday 17:26

It’s actually an insult. It implies a subset.

We don’t need that logic, because as you are very well aware, “trans women” are men in the piece of legislation which governs access to women only spaces, so they don’t actually have that access, however much you might want to ponder how many angels can dance on the edge of a pin.

Agreed, as it is stated, but it sets a powerful legal precedent.
