That wouldn't exclude people who had transitioned. But it would exclude people who have a penis. Surely when people had transitioned and have a vulva instead of a penis they would feel exactly the same way, as women.

No, we need to hold the line...keep fighting for the word "woman" to stay meaning biological women, and keep fighting to keep women only spaces.

It is not really about being exposed to male genitalia; it is more about the privacy of one's sex and how that is compromised by the 'otherness' of a male person in a female only public space, and how that can make women and girls feel uncomfortable.... at the very least.
