The irony is that you are claiming to protect 'women's dignity' while completely erasing the thousands of biological women who are trans men, the mothers and sisters who support trans people, and the millions of cisgender women who fundamentally disagree with your bigotry. You don't speak for all women, and using womanhood as a shield for personal cruelty isn't dignified, it’s just sad.

Trans men are escaping from womanhood and it's oppression, they are not identifying into another group's oppression. They are running away from something, not running to something. That's the difference. Bigotry is male narcissism thinking you can identify into a group's oppression and that group has no right to disagree. The vasty overwhelming majority of women agree with us, as poll after poll shows. You are using trans as a shield for mockery and cruelty and to violate womens boundaries and history of oppression. That's not just sad, it's narcissistic.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 05:36

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 11:55

Oh please. That was never your intention. It’s a complete rewriting of history. You used trans men because it helped you get the exclusionary interpretation of the equality act.

"exclusionary"? Yes, males are different from females, hence are excluded from female only spaces. Shout at mother nature for that one.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 05:44

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 17:19

I think I should be able to live without being distressed about my body. What is the compromise that keeps everyone happy?

Stay out of female only spaces. That's it. That's it really.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 05:48

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 18:03

No one in the trans community is fighting for women to lose rights. You may see it that way but that’s not the goal of trans right, and lots of women don’t see it your way either.

Why should your rights be prioritised over trans rights?

Yes, they are. They want to infiltrate every single space there is, that is their stated goal! Why should your male rights as the oppressor class be prioritised over vulnerable female sex's rights?

No male has a 'right' to infiltrate female only spaces, which are designed, by definition, to exclude males!

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 05:49

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 18:07

I disagree. That’s just your perception of what trans rights are doing to women’s right. It doesn’t make it true.

Wrong. It's not perception, it is FACT. Ask any woman who has lost their jobs. It's tangible proof. Telling us what we are seeing and experiencing is 'not really happening' is typical male gaslighting.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 05:57

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 21:05

Is sharing with a trans woman really that bad?

Yes, sharing with a male really is that bad. It's traumatising for many of us. But you don't care at all about how we feel, do you? You only care about what you want. You don't stop to consider how the vulnerable women and girls whose space you enter feel. You consider your wants more important than our needs. It's the narcissism that is at the nucleus of trans. It centres self over others.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 06:03

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 21:21

Didn’t those polls show the exact opposite just a few years ago? It’s almost like a targeted campaign to remove trans rights has worked.

Nope. There has never been a poll that said females are happy with males in female only intimate single sex spaces. Not one. But the fact that the anger has only gotten stronger is clearly because the public has seen the result of trans overreach. Also the public has seen how trans activists behave in public; urinating on feminist statues, calling for women to be decapitated, getting women sacked from jobs, and evicted from public spaces. It's almost like you can't see how your (general your) own actions has worked to turn people against you. But you're never at fault, are you? You're never at fault. Your bad reputation is always, always someone else's fault. You never take responsibility for your side's loss of public standing.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 06:06

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 21:28

Nah I don’t think so. It’s more likely the explosion of disproportionate negative articles in the media. There were 17,000 trans-related articles published over a five year period. That is massively disproportionate and clearly explains why the polls changed so quickly.

disproportionate negative articles in the media

Yeah, it can't be that trans are doing things to attract those articles....

It's all a mystery... 🙄

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 06:14

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 21:39

It’s actually the opposite. Most mentions in the press were negative.

The press have completely manufactured this debate.

Yeah, as I said, it's NEVER your fault. Ever. Trans never behave badly at protests to get press attention. We never see them pull their cocks out and urinate on feminist statues. We never see them with signs saying 'decapitate all terfs', 'the only good terf is a dead terf', 'skin terfs alive', or chanting 'punch a terf in the face', or see them smash up windows of conference buildings. Or getting women meeting evicted from pubs. Or throwing punches at 72 year old elderly women resulting in their eye socket being fractured. Or.... Oh no! It's all a conspiracy theory innit.

It can't be a result of trans poor behaviour can it. Your inability to accept responsibility for ANY part of your fall in social standing says everything. At least some of the true transwomen I follow have the decency to be suitably mortified by how many of their fellow trans act in public. Trans are the ones who have personally manufactured the public turning against them. They did it to themselves. Actions (speaking about the hateful, violent and vindictive and cruel actions of trans activists) have consequences. Trans are the ones who have solely manufactured this debate. Solely.

callmeLoretta1 · 10/07/2026 06:24

DumbfoundedAndUnhappy · 09/07/2026 21:49

They woke up and decided to write 17,000 articles in 5 years. 9 per day. Is that reasonable for 0.5% of the population?

Is it reasonable for 0.5% of the population to; pull their cocks out and urinate on feminist statues, have signs saying 'decapitate all terfs', 'burn JK Rowling', 'the only good terf is a dead terf', 'skin terfs alive', or chant 'punch a terf in the face', or see them smash up windows of conference buildings. Or bring a bag of knives to womens rallies. Or drown women out with a loudhailer in womens rallies. Or get women sacked from their jobs for stating biological reality. Or getting women meeting evicted from pubs. Or throwing punches at 72 year old elderly women resulting in their eye socket being fractured. Or....

When will you ever at least concede that the above behaviour has something to do with the fall in trans public standing?

Pingponghavoc · 10/07/2026 08:06

Male TRA want women to work to secure single sex spaces and opportunities, then expect to walk in themselves. They know that 'women plus TW' spaces and opportunities would be impossible to justify.

When they are told that womens single sex spaces dont include them they question why single sex spaces and opportunities are needed in the first place.

Im old, and I have never seen the acceptance of male people in women's spaces that TRA claim. We never welcomed men in as 'one of us'. When it did happened, most women got out as quickly as possible and didnt engage.

Now with the internet, we read what these men think and see how they photograph themselves in toilets and changing rooms. Newspapers report crimes committed these men.

But somehow thats womens fault for noticing their male behaviour.

Takong women's stuff is not an option though,

@Pingponghavoc I have never seen the acceptance of male people in women's spaces that TRA claim. We never welcomed men in as 'one of us'. When it did happened, most women got out as quickly as possible and didnt engage.

This. And no one ever asked women and girls whether they minded. No consultation was ever done. No risk assessment was ever done. No publicity was ever done. It was just assumed that women's stuff was there for the taking.

Doctors assumed it was fine, as did TW, handmaidens, politicians, Stonewall etc. etc. etc.

So when I see TRAs say "we've always used women's spaces" I think that's really not the gotcha you think it is. All it does is prove you've been steamrollering over what women want for decades without a care in the world. You never even asked, you just took.

And you just kept on taking until now, and now we are saying no.

WrongKindOfFeminist · 10/07/2026 11:38

I mean sure, men have been wanking in womens loos for a very long time. Doesn't mean its okay.

Reminds me of a certain type of abuse.

Taking small liberties that only ever go one way and making the victim feel petty for complaining because hey, what's the big deal? So the victim stops and the imbalance becomes normalised and the neutral state of the relationship.

But when the victim asks the abuser for something, they get an aggressive and angry reaction, making it like the victim is unreasonable to ask.

And when the victim says "but hey, what about all the times I just let stuff just as important to me go so as not to be petty, doesn't it go both ways?" the response is "If you'd cared you'd have said something at the time, you are just rewriting history to make me the bad guy"

FlirtsWithRhinos · 10/07/2026 12:58

Pingponghavoc · 10/07/2026 11:40

Also, if we can't withdraw our consent, was it consent in the first place?

Exactly.

Pre TRActivism amd TWAW, most women who thought about it took the view that treating TW "as women" was a grace women extended by choice to men so distressed by their sex that they had full "sex change" surgery and intended to live quietly as "women" establishing quiet unremarkable lives entirely within the expected cultural norms of "women", good and bad.

We assumed TW understood this and were grateful to us for it so would not want to take the piss or abuse our generosity.

It wouldn't have occurred to us in a million years that they hadn't seen it this way, that they saw it as simply getting their due as "women" and so that far from "taking the piss" they had every right to keep their dicks and use them, take our awards, win our sports, and continue to benefit from the wifework of their actually female spouses.

I mean, it should have occurred to us, because after all it's pretty standard behaviour for what women see as giving and caring within a relationship of mutual respect and support, men see as just what they are due from us, but that "she's really a woman but something must have gone wrong in the womb and she grew a male body" myth worked as a great maguffin, for a while.

So now we want to withdraw that consent, because it wasn't given to this.

Reader’s note: here is an example of the manipulation that was pointed out earlier.

”Sorry, I don’t respond to he.”

This is an example of emotional coercion tactics. The denial of contact because the other person chose to use accurate language that was based on material reality instead of complying to a language demand based on someone’s subjective belief that is not based on material reality.

What has also been shown here too, is the dishonesty in claims that some male posters make that they do not control the language used by others in their life when they also claim all the people in their life just treat them as female without any direction or cues from them.

Yes: "I've never told people what to call me" and "I'm sorry, I don't respond to he" are not really congruent, are they.

Over the years I have known a number of transwomen, from the mid-eighties onwards, and I can think of precisely two who got on with living a quiet unremarkable life. I only knew they were trans because they asked if I minded them being in the ladies when I was, and explained why they asked. (As far as I know both were post-op, though I didn't ask.)

The rest without exception have been very much in yer face, obtrusive, and anything but quiet about their sexuality. In the case of many of them, absolutely the only thing I know about him is that he's trans, d'yah hear me, TRANS! and probably brave and beautiful too, though as a rule that is left for the acolytes and handmaids to tell everyone.

Oh yes, I'm not suggesting the initial assumptions were based on experience - just that that was the assumption many women had. We thought we were being gracious and extending a courtesy while they thought we were delivering them just what they were due.

Lovely shy grateful Hayley Cropper has a lot to answer for...

I’m post-op and I don’t go around announcing that I’m trans or make a thing of my sexuality. I’m just getting on with my life like you are. Am I one of the good ones in your eyes?
