I’ve just seen on X (greenfemsUK handle) that JKR is funding a class action for any woman incarcerated with a trans woman in Scotland since 2006. They have a year to sign up

I guess like how product recalls or other class action claims are dealt with. Adverts online and in the national press. Word of mouth too. There have been reports and testimonies from women prisoners who were housed with trans identifying males. Support groups/health services may be a good place to advertise. The numbers are not going to be huge. Well done JKR for this offer. It's just horrific that women had no choice bit to put up with being in such a vulnerable position with men that should never have been anywhere near women's prisons.
