who menstruates?

Seen in a wokeworkplace toilet in Scotland (I have NCd for this) The label on the tampon basket says:
Who menstruates?
girls menstruate as well as women
intersex people, who have both male and female reproductive organs
non-binary people with female reproductive organs
some transgender men

The second one doesn't feel correct to me: I'm aware that "intersex" is no longer used, but even in ovotesticular dsd, is it right to say "both male and female reproductive organs"? can anyone advise please, then I can pass it on to the wokesters management?

Why is there even a need for the sign? It's just performative nonsense for the benefit of the people who created the sign.

But they don’t menstruate as they only have streak cells from each sex. They don’t have fully functioning testes, penis AND vagina, womb, and ovaries. They can’t impregnate themselves. They are infertile.

Good idea, why don’t you make some more signs to add to the toilets. Anyone who poos, wees, washes their hands, uses the mirror etc. With big long lists so no one feels left out.

Actual feminism is about freeing the female half of humanity from being abused, exploited, disempowered, marginalised or otherwise disadvantaged vs male simply because they are female.

In order to do this, one must first recognise that female people exist. The fundamental thing we have in common is our biology. If our common biology did not exist there would never have been a need to for the words "men" and "women" in the first place.

The social commonalities, challenges and risks we face as women are a consequence of the fact that society treats us differently because our bodies are female and not male.

What those are can change with the individual and the culture but nevertheless, at a single point in time and culture most of us will have common challenges and experiences that come back to our bodies and how we are treated due to them.

And sadly, while our bodies shouldn't matter, pretending that because they shouldn't matter they don't matter doesn't change this. It just disconnects us from understanding our shared challenges and experiences as women.

Dismissing recognising that being female is a thing, that this has consequences for us, and believing that female people matter so are worth naming and fighting foe as "getting worked up about people's genitals" is the opposite of Feminism.

In humans, there is no well-documented case of someone having two fully functional reproductive systems (one male, one female) operating in parallel.

I think it's very easily explainable why the idea of crossing between or simulataneously being both sexes persists. I put it in the same category as peristent beliefs in coming back from or communicating with the dead, beccoming or communicating with animals, and gods/spirits who can control nature or change events.

The opposite sex, death, nature and events outside our control are immediate everyday parts of life that have been with us throughout human history but are all barriers we cannot cross. This makes them hugely atractive for human imagination to hang meaning and stories on to, both at the cultural level and at the individual subconscious level.

How do you have a clitoris and a penis at the same time? Well, I know- androcentrically: you forget that women even have a clitoris and reduce the female reproductive system to the part that can accommodate a penis.

In our mythical hermaphrodite with both reproductive systems and genitals, would they have two bladders, one with a female urethra leading to a urethral exit 'twixt clitoris and vagina, and one with a urethra exiting through the penis? How do you make space space for two bladders in the pelvic cavity?

So maybe the hermaphrodite has to have one bladder with two separate urethras? And what about the practical capacity of the bladder when it's sharing the pelvic cavity with female reproductive organs and being pressed on by the prostate?

Well, I suppose you'd need to go the toilet all the time, then. You'd have to have two urethras.
