How is it that M&S can continue to flaunt the high court ruling and do not offer single sex changing rooms?

Abouterf in this video confronts the store manager and is fobbed off and told that it’s head offices policy:

Colchester @marksandspencer I asked where the women’s changing room was to try on swimwear. Manager Andrew (he/ his /him) says gender neutral changing areas are “completely safe” for women and girls. For asking him this question, he told me to leave the store.

Trans women have tits. They buy for exactly the same reasons cis women do - mostly, just to keep the girls level.

Attitudes like this are the reason trans people are so regularly subjected to street violence.

Trans women have normal lives, and they require clothes. That's it.

Accusing minorities of being hypersexual - existing for sex and having nothing else in their lives - is an age-old trope which encourages dehumanisation and violence.

In the UK "transpeople" are very rarely assaulted on the street. I should however point out to you, that according to the latest prison statistics for England and Wales, around 58.9% of transwomen prisoners are in prison for sexual offences, which compares to 16.8% of men and unsurprisingly 3.3% of women. We have also seen violent attacks on women by transwomen, yet no attacks on transwomen by women.
I wonder why that is?

Given that trans women choose their tits from a catalogue, they have no actual need to parade around a fitting room.
They know exactly what size they’ve bought.

Quite 3 terms I’ve never used in reference to myself and my body.

And the only time I’ve used the term ‘Tits’ is in reference to Polanski being ‘the tit whisperer’ as it wasn’t intended to be complimentary
