Men born with 46 XY 5ARD can be mistaken for having a vulva, due to having a small penis and undescended testicles. But of course this changes when they go through puberty.

But on further examination it becomes clear that despite the confusion that the DSD might have produced ,for example ambiguous external genitalia, the configurations of X and Y chromosomes will confirm that genetically a person with a DSD is either male or female.

He doesn’t have a vagina becuase there is no such thing as intersex. Read up on 5ARD. It means his genitals didn't develop properly.
