Bravo OP. I continue to applaud your courage and determination to protect your daughter. She will never forget that you did this for her and the many other girls this will protect. The school and LA have no leg to stand on, its shameful how they have disregarded and subordinated girls. They have absolutely no doubt of what sex their students are and which sex is the one that matters.

It shouldn’t be a postcode lottery either. Doesn’t say much for the rainbow utopian ideals if it means that the safety of children is considered collateral damage.

How long might it take for the case to be heard? Well done both of you, how tenacious and brave. Should be a no brainer and never should have come to this.

Imagine having to take a High Court Case to get someone to observe the law. Honestly the world is gone mad.

I'm looking forward to hearing senior education professionals explaining in a court of law why girls must be compelled to share changing rooms, showers and toilets with male pupils? We've heard the Isla Bumba's of the HR world beclown themselves when displaying their ignorance of the law and the rights of adult women to privacy and safety from men.
But we've never had educators on the stand clarifying why they have forced teenage girls to undress in front of male pupils. Why they think that teaching girls that they may have no protection from the criminal offences of indecent exposure / voyeurism? Why safeguarding doesn't apply to these children?

It's going to be an expose of some very grim beliefs that should have no place in schools or near children.

What an excellent father daughter duo. We're rooting for you. Brick by brick the wall of lunacy will be dismantled.

Wishing you every success. It should never have been allowed to happen. I have nothing against those who are trans, but girls need to be comfortable in a private place they see as female only. Why are females feelings not taken into account?

The school could have taught its boys to respect their fellow boys who identify as girls and normalise them being in male spaces. This will lead to far more safety for TIMs in the outside world than risk being seen as a perv and getting beaten up for following someone's daughter into the ladies

The tenacity you’ve shown in pursuing this case in the face of such opposition is just phenomenal. Particularly from your daughter - to go against this nonsense when everyone around you is willing to go along with it is no easy task at her age. There are so many better things she should be focussing on as a fifteen year old girl, and her willingness to stand up and see this through shows such maturity and courage ❤️
