There's loads of misogynist shite on Etsy. I've never seen a single thing that could be considered 'anti-trans' but, as I'm not in the market for that stuff, perhaps it's there and I've never seen it. Etsy is generally a bit shit. Full of stuff that I assume has been ordered from sites like Temu, marked up a billion percent and marketed as handcrafted. I did try to report an item that was clearly fraudulent. The process to do that...I don't actually think there was a process. I rarely bother buying anything from there nowadays.
