And yes. Unless I chase or make a fuss they don’t do damn all. And no one ever gets back to me when they say they will.

I actually very much enjoyed the texture of them, and regretted not buying more. In between hard and soft.
When I was a child, I remember black midget gems being liquorice flavoured. But these were blackcurrant.
The crisps were alright but they were Walkers and I wanted the Kettle type chips for the thicker crunch. The Walkers are so light and it’s like I haven’t registered having eaten them. I do like density in a crisp. Sigh.

Hopefully they will charge him, but if they say they aren't going to you are allowed to ask them to look at it again. And I'd also ask them if they've actually considered all the evidence and followed all leads (the police actually hadn't in my case).

And if the police officer is being an arse I'd be tempted to ask the officers boss if they are aware of how one of their staff is treating victims of crime.

Oh they definitely haven’t followed all the leads to gather all the evidence.

I spoke to the boss a week or two ago and it was pointless.

@Taztoy i must have missed the post that you were on re SV and i am so sorry at what has happened to you.

I don’t know if i can be of any help but i worked in the field of SV/ CSA and DVA for over twenty years at a senior level but was also a ground level advocate, hence being active on FWR.

Having said that i have been involved in a few cases recently.

Aside from funding issue with the COPS and CPS, the pendulum swung further against victims due to a number of failed high profile cases, some years ago.

(BTW i was the chair of the Rape Crisis service who won the first case of an historical adult Rape case that won in a private law action, i just happened to be studying law at the time and went and looked it all up in the law library and said to the manager go for it)

I can get in quite a rage about how our sisters have to put up such a private fight to be heard, about the violence they have been subjected to,because services both public and voluntary have become so very shite.

I fought so hard professionally and made myself very unpopular in the real world, and we have gone so far backwards since i retired (burnt out might add)
