You are pressing for answer about this. I dont think you watched the videos ? The vids are a litrle chaotic and i really feel for the women left holding the phone recording TBF. But they do appear to suggest the venue called the police.

LWS contacted the liaison officer for the original event...to check the legal position re protection of lawful beliefs and the hate crime act. And didn't seem in a rush to leave at all...what with their booking and inoffensive banners.

We'll see in due course I'm sure ...JC and JB got grovelly apology which they were gracious enough to accept. Perhaps this tenacious crew will decline apology or do a rinse and repeat to see if the apology is credible.

I did in fact watch the videos. All 40ish minutes for my sins. I was mainly enjoying how sad and empty the room looked.

But no, there's nothing in the videos suggesting the venue called the police. The first mention of police comes from the LWS side (I think it was KJK herself but can't swear to it without going back to check). We then see her making two calls - the first seems to be to the liaison person, the second seems to be a more general police line.

As a ham-fisted stitcher I thought the banners were absolutely smashing. I loved that they were displayed it felt very respectful of the work that went into them.

The law is that a transwoman is a man so it would be entirely appropriate to discriminate against them (and legal) if the job requires a biological female e.g. for intimate care etc which includes bra-fitting in case you do not know that! I am quite happy for a man to cut my hair. I am not happy to have him in the female changing area of a shop fitting bras or helping me with a personal shop if that includes any sort of touching etc.
I would rent out houses on the basis of ability to pay the rent - I don't see that transpeople are any less likely to pay the rent so KJK is over-reaching here - but there is only a bit of this video on your post so I don't know the context, which makes deciding what I think difficult.
Generally speaking KJK has supported women's rights to the hilt and I suspect those who take pot-shots at her are more angry at her success in getting across the message that transwomen are men and can legally be kept out of women's spaces, sports, prizes, refuges, hospital wards, prisons etc than at anything else she might say (she says clearly she is neither a feminist nor a socialist btw).

Sounds like angry man perfected his shouting techniques at his Reform party's marches - must be exhausting to be that angry at all these injustices in the world. Men not being allowed into female single sex spaces, people from ethnic minority groups taking all the jobs that belong to white men...what is their world coming to.
