These folx are insane. It's actually worrying. They don't make threats but they are implied rather than explicit, they're not that stupid. However, the reference to the 'peaceful' protest in particular, it suggests they're prepared to be less peaceful.

I suspect we'll see sit ins, vandalism of and dirty protests in women's SSS. They're so petulant. A 'if I can't have them, then no 'cis' woman can either' campaign.

There was an infamous historical case where a baby (one of twin boys?) was operated on to fix his urethra and they botched the surgey and further surgery to remove his testicles and create a female look was the recomended. So "sex change"/ "transed" by surgery. The boy was raised as a girl and was abused by the doctor (including i think CSA) through out his (their) childhood basicly used as a human guinea pig(s) to test the nature over nurture theories of the 60s (?) / 70s (?)

Similar if a baby had DSD the aim was to create a "normal" look as well as solve a medical need by surgery. It was not possible to create a penis and the same type of cosmetic sex change would have been done.

The current policy in the UK is I think to recomend interventions to do the least amount of surgery based only on medical need. But medical need would be case by case so depending on the doctor/team involved.

So the ENTiRE world and everyone in it has to change in order to prioritise the rights of trans people.
Trans people’s right to treatment on the NHS, gender neutral terms, asylum, single sex spaces, cosmetic procedures, and access to elite sport must trump the rights of ALL others and their needs put to the front of the (very long) queue. Whilst also agreeing to just ‘forget’ freedom of speech, freedom of the press and the rule of law.

Actually, I think you're all gravely misunderestimating the power and persuasion of this letter. I, for one, am very much hoping it isn't shared too widely, because there's a very real risk it could undermine everything we've been fighting for.

Please, whatever you do, don't let it be circulated any further than it's already gone. And for God'sake don't let The Good Law project get hold of it. Or X. Or anyone with a.large platform.
