How do we think this is going to pan out? My feeling reading the piece is that the court is going to side with GC women.....hope so but we will see.

Okay, so ruling based on biological sex but trans identifying is still treated as a protected group? The implication of that latter might mean special provisions and not being able to criticise trans ideology without it being classed as hate speech or something. I am not celebrating yet. The simple fact it came to a court ruling indicates something terribly wrong that still needs work.

Court rejects idea that the sex based words for 'men' women' sex, maternity etc can be variable! Sex always biological.
providers can't tell the difference between GRC and non GRC holders as can't ask for GRC, and any case would have a negative impact on eg lesbians/ sex based spaces/ sports- would be incoherent!.
