How do we think this is going to pan out? My feeling reading the piece is that the court is going to side with GC women.....hope so but we will see.

What crap.
FWS says everyone is entitled to sex based protections, but not for the opposite sex. It's Scot gov who want to remove sex based rights. They want male people to be given the rights to provisions for women, and women to lose all female only rights ( eg women who say they are trans lose their rights to maternity pay , and lesbians to lose the rights to meet without men who say they are lesbians etc)
